| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Pelayanan kefarmasian yang berkualitas sangat bergantung pada profesional kesehatan khususnya apoteker. Penerimaan tenaga kesehatan lain terhadap peran apoteker tergantung pada penilaian tenaga kesehatan tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kepuasan tenaga kesehatan terhadap peran apoteker di Puskesmas di Kabupaten Banyumas. Metode yang digunakan adalah cross sectional menggunakan angket. Sampel diambil secara accidental sampling dari 7 Puskesmas yang memiliki apoteker di Puskesmas wilayah Kabupaten Banyumas.Analisis univariat yang digunakan adalah gap untuk kepuasan dan Wilcoxon untuk uji beda. Hasil uji validitas dan reliabilitas angket menyatakan bahwa angket valid dan reliabel. Hasil penelitian dari 120 responden menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik tenaga kesehatan dalam penelitian kebanyakan umur 18 - 40 tahun (79,2%) perempuan (79,2%), berprofesi bidan (40,8%) dan telah bekerja selama 1- 10 tahun (71,7%). Nilai rata-rata pengalaman 2,93 termasuk klasifikasi sedang dan nilai rata-rata harapan 3,26 termasuk klasifikasi tinggi. Hasil gap yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa tenaga kesehatan masuk dalama klasifikasi sedang (-0,33) terhadap peran apoteker di Puskesmas. Analisis uji beda menggunakan Wilcoxon sign test menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara pengalaman dengan harapan, tenaga kesehatan memiliki harapan yang tinggi terhadap peran apoteker di Puskesmas. . |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Pharmaceutical services are very dependent on the quality of health professionals, especially pharmacists. Acceptance of other health professionals to the pharmacist's role depends on the assessment of the health workers. The purpose of this study was to determine the satisfaction of health professionals on the role of pharmacists in health centers in the district of Banyumas. The method was cross sectional using questionnaires. Samples were taken by accidental sampling of 7 health centers that have a pharmacist at the district health center Banyumas. Analysis univariate used were gap for satisfaction and Wilcoxon for different test. Results validity and reliability of the questionnaire stated that valid and reliable questionnaire. The results of the 120 respondents indicated that the characteristics of the health workers in the study mostly aged 18-40 years (79.2%) of the women (79.2%), professional midwives (40.8%) and have been working for 1 to 10 years (71,7%). The average value of 2.93 was classified as moderate experience and expectations of the average value of 3.26 was classified as high. Gap results obtained showed that health workers enter dalama classification was (-0.33) on the role of pharmacists in health centers. Different test analysis using the Wilcoxon sign test showed a significant difference between the experience with hope, health workers have high expectations of the role of pharmacists in health centers. |
