| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Kualitas dan kuantitas kolaborasi antara perawat dan apoteker dalam pelayanan kesehatan berhubungan dengan penilaian kepuasan antara perawat dan apoteker yang melakukan kolaborasi. Kepuasan perawat dapat dilihat dengan membandingan antara harapan dan kenyataan atas kinerja apoteker. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kepuasan perawat terhadap peran apoteker di RSUD. Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode cross sectional, dan pengambilan sampel secara accidental sampling. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 92 perawat di bangsal IRNA dan IRI. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner harapan dan kenyataan perawat terhadap peran apoteker yang valid dan dinyatakan reliabel. Analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis univariat,analisis gap dan uji paired t test antara skor kenyataan dan harapan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan karakteristik perawat mayoritas perempuan (63,0%), usia 22-48 tahun (73,9%) memiliki pendidikan D3 keperawatan (69,6%) ,telah bekerja selama 1- 8 tahun (44,6%) dan tidak mengajar (91,3%). Skor rata-rata harapan adalah 3,70 termasuk klasifikasi tinggi dan skor rata-rata kenyataan sebanyak 2,73 termasuk klasifikasi sedang. Secara keseluruhan hasil gap menunjukkan perawat tidak puas terhadap peran apoteker dan termasuk klasifikasi kepuasan rendah (-0,97). Analisis paired t test menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan (p value <0,001) antara harapan dan kenyataan. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan perawat tidak puas terhadap peran apoteker. |

Inggris) | Quantity and quality of the collaboration between nurses and pharmacists in medical services have a relationship with the assessment of satisfaction between nurses and pharmacists who do the collaboration. Nurses’ satisfactions can be seen by comparing the expectations and realities of the pharmacists’ performances. The aim of this research was to determine the nurses’ satisfactions toward pharmacists’ performances in Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto Region General Hospital. This research was conducted by applying cross sectional method. The sample was taken by accidental sampling. The number of samples was 92 nurses in IRNA and IRI rooms. Data collection instruments used questionnaires which have been validated and declared reliable about nurses’ expectations and realities toward pharmacists’ performances. This research used variant analysis, gap analysis, and paired t test. The result showed that the characteristics of nurses in this research are mostly women (63,0%), age 22-48 year-old (73,9%), graduated from Nursing Diploma (69,6%), 1-8 years of work experiences (44,6%) and those who do not teach (91,3%).. The average value of expectation 3,70 belonged to the classification of high expectation and the average value of reality was 2,73 belonged to the middle classification. Overall, the result of gap showed that the nurses were not satisfied toward the pharmacists’ performances and belonged to the classification of low satisfaction (-0,97). Paired t test got p value <0,001 showed a significance between expectation and reality. As a result, it can be concluded that nurses were not satisfied differences with the pharmacists’ performances. |
