| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Padat Penebaran Lele Dumbo (Clarias gariepinus) yang Dipelihara dengan Sistem Bioflok Terhadap Pertumbuhan, Dan Indeks Hepatosomatik”. Perlakuan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu dengan padat tebar berbeda yaitu 500 ekor, 750 ekor, dan 1000 ekor. Ikan diberi pakan 3% dari bobot biomassa. Hasil pertumbuhan mutlak, dan indeks hepatosomatik berkisar antara 12,069±5,494 g - 19,452±5,391 g; dan 1.161±0,253% - 2.361±0.578%. Hasil ANOVA menunjukkan adanya pengaruh dari perbedaan padat tebar terhadap pertumbuhan mutlak, dan indeks hepatosomatik ikan Lele Dumbo. Parameter kualitas air yang diamati berada dalam kisaran yang optimal untuk pemeliharaan ikan Lele Dumbo. |

Inggris) | This study is entitled “The Effect of African Catfish (Clarias gariepinus) Stocking Density which are raised by using the Biofloc System towards the Growth, and Hepatosomatic Index”. The treatment used in this study was by varying the fish density into three groups, 500 fish, 750 fish, and 1000 fish. The fish were fed 3% of the weight of the biomass. The observed variables include the absolute growth, and the hepatosomatic index result ranged between 12,069±5,494 g - 19,452±5,391 g; and 1.161±0,253% - 2.361±0.578%. ANOVA results shows that there’s an effect from varying fish stocking density on the Catfish absolute growth, and hepatosomatic index. The observed water quality parameters were optimal range for raising Catfish. |
