| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Ikan lou han (Cichlasoma trimaculatum) adalah salah satu ikan introduksi di Waduk PB Soedirman. Ikan ini memiliki daya tahan tubuh terhadap penyakit yang sangat baik. Pemanfaatan makanan atau material dan energi dalam rantai makanan dapat menggambarkan tingkat trofik. Tingkat trofik suatu spesies ikan ditentukan berdasarkan komposisi makanan yang diperoleh dengan menganalisis isi lambung. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pakan utama, pelengkap, dan tambahan, pemilihan pakan, dan tingkat trofik ikan lou han pada ukuran yang berbeda di Waduk PB Soedirman. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan teknik pengambilan sampel secara purposive random sampling. Analisis data yang dilakukan meliputi Index of Preponderance, Index of Electivity, dan Perhitungan Tingkat trofik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian makanan utama yang berukuran kecil yaitu zooplankton dengan nilai IP 40,09%, makanan pelengkap yaitu Chlorophyta, Chrysophyta, potongan hewan, dan serasah. Cyanophyta, Euglenophyta, Xanthophyta, dan potongan tumbuhan merupakan makanan tambahan. Ikan yang berukuran sedang makanan utamanya yaitu potongan hewan nilai IP 25,74%, Crysophyta, zooplankton, potongan tumbuhan, dan serasah sebagai makanan pelengkap, makanan tambahan yaitu Chlorophyta, Cyanophyta, Euglenophyta, dan Xanthophyta. Ikan dengan ukuran besar makanan utama berupa potongan hewan dan potongan tumbuhan dengan nilai IP sebesar 33,67% dan 29,24%, makanan pelengkap terdiri dari Chrysophyta, zooplankton, serasah dan makanan tambahan Cyanophyta, Euglenophyta, dan Xanthophyta. Nilai Index of Electivity, terjadi penurunan jumlah makanan yang dipilih ikan kecil, sedang, dan besar yaitu pada Keratella aculeata dengan nilai 0,91; 0,8; dan 0,72. Kenaikan jumlah makanan yang dipilih ikan yaitu pada Nauplius (Euphausia brevis) dengan nilai indeks elektivitas 0,54; 0,76; 0,79 dan pada Nauplius (Cyclops strannus) yaitu 0,54; 0,93; dan 0,94. Tingkat trofik ikan lou han yang berukuran kecil termasuk kelompok omnivora sebesar 2,52 sedangkan ikan yang berukuran sedang dan besar mempunyai tingkat trofik dengan nilai 2,46 dan 2,47 berarti ikan ini termasuk ikan herbivora dan cenderung omnivora. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Lou han (Cichlasoma trimaculatum) is one of introduced fish in the PB Soedirman reservoirs. These fish have a good imunity of the disease. The utilization of food or material and energy in the food chain can describe the trophic level. The trophic level of fish is determined by the composition of food wich can be obtained by analyzing the contents of the stomach. The aims of this research were to know the main feed, complement, and additionally, the selection of the feed, and the trophic level of lou han at different sizes in PB Soedirman reservoirs. This research using survey method with purposive random sampling techniques. Data analysis performed includes the Index of Preponderance, Index of Electivity, and calculation of the trophic level. Based on the results of the research, the main food of small fish were zooplankton IP value 40,09%, complementary foods were Chlorophyta, Chrysophyta, pieces of animal and herbs of litter. Cyanophyta, Euglenophyta, Xanthophyta, and pieces of the plants were additional food. The medium sized fishes, main food were pieces of animal IP value 25,74%, Crysophyta, zooplankton, pieces of plants and herbs of litter were complementary foods. The additional foods were Chlorophyta, Cyanophyta, Euglenophyta, and the Xanthophyta. The fishes with the large size, the main food were pieces of animals and plants with the IP value amounted 33,67% and 29,24%, complement food consists of the Chrysophyta, zooplankton, herbs of litter and additional foods were Cyanophyta, Euglenophyta, and Xanthophyta. Value Index of Electivity , decrease the amount of food that the fish have been small, medium , and large that is on Keratella aculeata with a value of 0.91 ; 0.8 ; and 0.72 . The increase in the number of selected food fish that is on Nauplius ( Euphausia brevis ) with an index of elektivity value 0.54; 0.76 ; 0.79 and the Nauplius ( Cyclops strannus ) is 0.54 ; 0.93 ; and 0.94. The trophic level of lou han fish are small including omnivorous group amounted to 2.52 , while the fish are medium-sized and large have a trophic level of 2.46 and 2.47 with a mean value of these fish including herbivorous fish and tend to be omnivorous. |
