| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tulisan ini mendeskripsikan tentang Implementasi Program Pembanguan Perumahan Masyarakat Kurang Mampu (P2MKM) di Kelurahan Wonokriyo dalam mengurangi angka rumah tak layak huni bagi masyarakt miskin. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses implementasi program P2MKM. Sedangkan metode yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif. Hasil dalam penelitian ini implementasi Program P2M2KM di Kelurahan Wonokriyo belum maksimal. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini bahwa Perencanaan Program P2MKM menunjukan banyaknya tahapan mekanisme kerja atau tata urutan dalam proses prosedur pelayanan. Pelaksanaan. kegiatan program masih dijumpai perbedaan pendapat dari stakeholder kepada masyarakat dalam memberikan prosedur pada pelaksanan kegiatan Program P2MKM. Banyak prosedur yang diperbolehkan menjadikan prosedur tidak setandar. Proses monitoring ternyata menunjukan tidak sesui dengan yang sudah di rencanakan pada saat memonitoring hanya dilakukan pada saat 100% oleh tim Kabupaten . |

Inggris) | This paper describes the implementation of the Development Program Underprivileged Public Housing (P2MKM) in Sub Wonokriyo in reducing the number of homes unfit for habitation for poor society. The purpose of this study is to investigate the implementation process P2MKM program. While the methods used are qualitative methods. These results indicate that the implementation of the program in the Village Wonokriyo P2MKM . The conclusion of this study indicate that the Planning P2MKM many stages of the mechanism of action or the sort order in the process of service procedures . Implementation . program of activities was still encountered dissent from stakeholders to the public in providing procedures in the conduct of activities P2MKM Program . Many of the procedures are not allowed to make the procedure syntax . Turns monitoring process is not within their shows are already planned at the time of monitoring is only performed at 100% by the district team . |
