| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul: “Pengaruh Alih Fungsi Lahan Pertanian Terhadap Pendapatan Penduduk Kelurahan Grendeng Kecamatan Purwokerto Utara Kabupaten Banyumas”. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui preferensi penduduk Kelurahan Grendeng dalam pemanfaatan lahan pertaniannya, mengetahui faktor dominan dari faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi preferensi penduduk dalam pengambilan keputusan alih fungsi lahan pertanian, dan untuk mengetahui perbedaan tingkat pendapatan penduduk Kelurahan Grendeng sebelum dan sesudah melakukan alih fungsi lahan pertanian. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah dengan teknik statistik non-parametrik yaitu uji tanda (sign test), uji wilcoxon, dan analisa faktor. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat diambil kesimpulan preferensi penduduk Kelurahan Grendeng Kecamatan Purwokerto Utara Kabupaten Banyumas terhadap alih fungsi lahan pertanian cukup tinggi, faktor Eksternal yang terdiri dari faktor peningkatan usaha-usaha non-pertanian di Kelurahan Grendeng, faktor arus urbanisasi di Kelurahan Grendeng dan faktor biaya produksi usaha tani semakin mahal menjadi faktor dominan yang memicu preferensi penduduk Kelurahan Grendeng untuk melakukan alih fungsi lahan pertanian, dan alih fungsi lahan pertanian memberikan dampak positif terhadap perubahan pendapatan rumah tangga penduduk di Kelurahan Grendeng Kecamatan Purwokerto Utara Kabupaten Banyumas. Dari hasil uji wilcoxon, pendapatan seluruh responden dalam penelitian ini meningkat setelah melakukan alih fungsi lahan pertanian. Berdasarkan tingginya preferansi penduduk pada alih fungsi lahan pertanian di Kelurahan Grendeng Kecamatan Purwokerto Utara Kabupaten Banyumas, maka diperlukan peningkatan upaya-upaya pemerintah daerah dalam pengendalian alih fungsi lahan pertanian dengan mensosialisasikan peraturan-peraturan pemerintah daerah menganai alih fungsi lahan pertanian guna meningkatkan pemahaman penduduk terhadap peraturan alih fungsi lahan pertanian dan dampak negatif dari alih fungsi lahan pertanian yang tidak terkendali.Mengenai faktor eksternal yang memicu tingginya preferensi penduduk pada alih fungsi lahan pertanian di Kelurahan Grendeng, pemerintah daerah diharapkan lebih menertibkan penataan usaha-usaha non-pertanian di Kelurahan Grendeng agar Kelurahan Grendeng tidak hanya manjadi kelurahan yang maju dari segi perekonomian tapi juga dari segi lingkungan hidup. Berdasarkan dampak positif dari alih fungsi lahan pertanian terhadap peningkatan pendapatan penduduk, maka diperlukan peningkatan keterampilan dengan program-program pelatihan kewirausahaan yang dapat memberikan ilmu tentang pengembangan usaha di Kelurahan Grendeng. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The research was titled: “Influence of the conversion of agricultural land Against the income of resident of the Grendeng village of North Purwokerto Banyumas District”. The purpose of this research is to know the preferences of the inhabitants of the Grendeng village in farm land use, know the dominant factors of the affect preferences of the population in making decision conversion of agricultural lands, and to know the difference in the level of income of residents of the Grendeng village before and after doing conversion of farmland. Technical analysis is used with a non-parametric statistical technique that is a test of the sign (sign test), wilcoxon test, and analysis of factors. Based on the results of research and discussion has been done, then can be taken the conclusion of Grendeng Village population preference of sub district North Purwokerto of Banyumas Regency against converting agricultural land high enough, external factors consist which of factor the increasing the job of non-farming in the village Grendeng, factor urbanisation in the subdistricts of Grendeng and factor cost farmer production more expensive becomes the dominant factor that triggers the preferences of the inhabitants of the Grendeng village to perform the conversion of agricultural land the conversion of agricultural land, and the conversion of agricultural land gave a positive impact to changes in household income of the residents in the Grendeng village of North purwokerto Banyumas District . From the results in a research of a wilcoxon test, income throughout the respondents increased after performing the conversion of agricultural land. Based on the high population of the preferansi on conversion of agricultural land in the village Grendeng Sub District of Purwokerto Utara, Banyumas required increased efforts of local government in the control of conversion of farmland to socialize with local government regulations of the conversion of agricultural land in order to improve the understanding of the population against the rules of conversion of agricultural land and the negative impact of the conversion of agricultural land that is not under control. About external factors that trigger high preferences of residents on the conversion of agricultural land in the village Grendeng, local authorities expected more regulate the structuring attempts of non-farming in the Grendeng village in order for the Grendeng village not only widened the wards advanced in terms of the economy but also in terms of the environment. Based on the positive impact of the conversion of agricultural land to increased incomes, then required an increase in skills with entrepreneurial training programs that can provide the science about the development of business in the Grendeng village. |
