Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Saat ini, banyak peneliti yang menaruh perhatian terhadap workaholic. Terlebih di era modern seperti saat ini, workaholic di kalangan pekerja semakin meningkat dikarenakan berubahnya sifatpe kerjaan. Kemajuan teknologi adalah salah satu penyebab meningkatnya workaholic, seperti internet dan kemunculan ponsel pintar yang memungkinkan karyawan dapat bekerja meskipun sedang tidak berada di kantor. Meskipun peneliti-peneliti terdahulu telah menaruh minatnya terhadap workaholic, sampai saat ini masih sangat jarang penelitian mengenai hubungan workaholic dengan perilaku karyawan terhadap organisasi seperti organizational citizenship behavior. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepribadian proaktif dan persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior yang diuji melalui variable mediasi workaholic. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PD Bank Perkreditan Rakyat BKK Purwokerto. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 159 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan menggunakan program WarpPLS 3.0.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepribadian proaktif tidak berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, kepribadian proaktif berpengaruh negative terhadap workaholic, workaholic memiliki pengaruh negative terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, persepsi dukungan organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, persepsi dukungan organisasi memiliki pengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap workaholic, dan workaholic tidak memediasi baik pada hubungan kepribadian proaktif dengan organizational citizenship behavior serta persepsi dukungan organisasi dengan organizational citizenship behavior.
Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris)Currently, many researchers are concerned about the workaholic. Especially in today's modern era, workaholic among workers is increasing due to the changing nature of work. Advances in technology is one of the causes of increased workaholic, such as the Internet and the emergence of smart phones that allow employees to work even when not in the office. Although previous researchers have put the interest against workaholic, until today still very rare research regarding the relationship between workaholic and employee behavior towards the organization, such as organizational citizenship behavior. This study aimed to examine the effect of proactive personality and perceived organizational support to the organizational citizenship behavior tested through the mediating variables, workaholic. The population in this study were all employees of PD BPR BKK Purwokerto. The sample was determined using purposive sampling, yielding a figure of 159 respondents. This study used survey method using a quantitative approach. The tool of analysis used in the study is Partial Least Square (PLS) using WarpPLS 3.0 program. The results showed that the proactive personality has no effect on organizational citizenship behavior, proactive personality has a negative effect workaholic, workaholic has a negative effect on organizational citizenship behavior, perceived organizational support has a positive effects on organizational citizenship behavior, perceived organizational support has a negative effect on workaholic, workaholic does not mediate relationship between proactive personality and organizational citizenship, and workaholic does not mediate relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior.
