| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Pola distribusi nyamuk Aedes sp. di suatu wilayah endemis Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) diduga berkaitan dengan pola distribusi tungau yang memarasitinya. Jenis tungau parasit dan pola distribusinya selain ditentukan oleh jenis inangnya, diduga juga berkaitan dengan kondisi geografis suatu wilayah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menentukan jenis tungau parasit dan pola distribusinya di daerah endemis DBD di Kota Semarang. Metode penelitian untuk seluruh tahap percobaan menggunakan metode survai dengan teknik pengambilan sampel sratified random sampling. Strata yang dimaksud dalam penelitian ini adalah adanya wilayah endemis. Wilayah sampling untuk Kota Semarang meliputi Kecamatan Ngaliyan dan Tembalang yang merupakan daerah dengan tingkat endemisitas tertinggi pertama dan kedua untuk kasus DBD di Kota Semarang. Kecamatan Ngaliyan terdiri dari 9 kelurahan dan berdasarkan tingkat endemisitas diambil tiga kelurahan yaitu Kelurahan Ngaliyan, Kalipancur, dan Wonosari. Kecamatan Tembalang terdiri atas 12 kelurahan dan berdasarkan tingkat endemisitas diambil 3 kelurahan, yaitu Kelurahan Tembalang, Rowosari dan Bulusan. Identifikasi jenis tungau dilakukan berdasarkan buku identifikasi Krantz dan Walter (2009) dan Proctor (2006). Variabel yang diamati adalah jenis tungau dan pola distribusinya, sedangkan parameternya masing-masing adalah jumlah individu setiap jenis tungau parasit dan nilai rata-rata serta varians tungau parasit. Tingkatan distribusi tungau parsit dianalisis menggunakan Indeks K’ distribusi binominal negatif. Hasil penelitian diperoleh lima individu tungau parasit dari 2420 sampel larva nyamuk Aedes sp. yang diperiksa. Hasil identifikasi tungau parasit yang diperoleh adalah Familia Hydrachnidae dan Hydrozetidae. Pola distribusi dari jenis tungau parasit yang ditemukan di Kota Semarang bersifat mengelompok. |

Inggris) | The distribution pattern of Aedes sp. in endemic area of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is suspectedly related to the distribution pattern of parasitic mites that invested it as their host. The type of the parasitic mites andits distribution pattern not only specified by the species of the host, but also suspectedly related to the geographical condition. The purposes of this study are to determine the type of parasitic mites and their distribution pattern in endemic areas of dengue in the city of Semarang. Research methodused for all stages of the experiment is survey method,and the sampling technique used was sratified random sampling. Strata be intended in this study is presence of the endemic region. Sampling wasdone in the District Ngaliyan and Tembalang which the first and second place of highest endemicity level of dengue cases region in the city of Semarang. Ngaliyan subdistrict consists of 9 villages and by level of endemic city taken three villages: Ngaliyan, Kalipancur, and Wonosari. District Tembalang consists of 12 villages and by level of endemic city taken three villages: Tembalang, Rowosari, and Bulusan. Parasitic miteswereidentified based on identification book by Krantz & Walter (2009) and Proctor (2006). The variable observed in this research was the type of mites and their distribution patterns, andthe parameter was the number of individuals of each type of parasitic mites, the average value, and variance parasitic mites. The distribution pattern of parasitic mites were analyzed using K index negative binominal distribution. Five individual parasitic mitesobtained from 2420 samples of Aedes sp. larvaewhich were examined. The result shows that parasitic mitescome from Familly Hydrachnidae, and Hydrozetidae. The result also showsthatthe distribution pattern of the parasitic mitesare clustered in the city of Semarang. |
