| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | ABSTRAK Kata Kunci:Antroposentrism, Norma Antroposentris, Keunggulan manusia. Penelitian yang berjudul ― Anthropocentric Issues in Lewis Carroll’s Alice’s Adventure in Wonderlandbertujuan untuk menganalisis gambaran isu anthroposentris dan cerminan norma antroposentris dari sifat tokoh-tokoh yang terdapat dalam novel Alice’s Adventures in Wonderlandkarya Lewis Carroll. Dalam penelitian ini, metode deskriptif qualitatif digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Sumber data dalam penelitian adalah novel Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland karya Lewis Carroll dimana unsur-unsur sastra dianalisis dalam bentuk isu antroposentris. Terdapat beberapa langkah yang dilakukan dalam menganalisis dan mengetahui jawaban dari pertanyaan yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini. Pertama adalah menentukan novel yang akan dianalisis yakni novel Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland kemudian langkah kedua adalah mendapatkan unsur-unsur penting dalam novel menggunakan unsur karya sastra dan mengelompokan data menjadi dua: data yang berhubungan dengan isu antroposentris dan data yang berhubungan dengan norma-norma antroposentris. Langkah ketiga adalah menganalisis data menggunakan pendekatan ekokritisisme, khususnya antroposentris. Dengan mengetahui hasil akhir dari analisis, maka langkah terakhir yaitu menyusun kesimpulan. Dari hasil analisis, didapat 2 kesimpulan : gambaran tentang isu-isu antroposentris menunjukan hubungan antara manusia dan lingkungan di Wonderland yaitu harmoni dan hegemoni dan norma-norma antroposentris yang tercermin dari kebiasaan para tokoh di Wonderland yang memiliki sifat antroposentris kuat dan antroposentris lemah ditunjukan melalui isu-isu antroposentris yang meliputi : hegemoni dan harmoni. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | ABSTRACT Keywords: Anthropocentricism, Anthropocentric Norm, Human’s Superiority. The research entitled ― Anthropocentric Issues in Lewis Carroll’s Alice’s Adventure in Wonderland is aimed to analyze the anthropocentric issues portrayed and the anthropocentric norms reflected by the characters’ behavior in Lewis Carroll’s Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland. In this research, descriptive qualitative method is used to analyze the data. The data source of this study is Lewis Carroll’s Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland whose literary elements are analyzed in term of anthropocentric issues. There are steps done in extracting and analyzing the novel as the answer of the research question. The first is determining the novel which is going to be analyzed that is the Alice’s Adventures in Wonderlandnoveland the second is obtaining the elements of the novels using literary devices and then classifying the data into two main classifications: data that are related to anthropocentric issues and data that are related to anthropocentric norms. It is done to analyze them dealing with the research questions about the anthropocentric issues and the anthropocentric norm. The third is analyzing the data by connecting them with the ecocriticism approach, especially anthropocentrism. The last step is concluding. From the research, there are two conclusions: the descriptions about the anthropocentric issues show the relationship between human and the environment in the Wonderland may be in harmony and hegemony and the anthropocentric norms’ reflected by characters’ habbits in a Wonderland who has strong anthropocentric and weak anthropocentric are shown by anthopocentric issues : hegemony and harmony. |
