Indonesia) | Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dengan ditandai adanya jaringan internet telah menimbulkandampak negatif, salah satunya adalah tindak pidana pencemaran nama baikterhadap korporasi (recht person).Penyerangan terhadap nama baik korporasi berpengaruh langsung terhadap kepercayaan masyarakat yang pada akhirnya korporasi tersebut dirugikan tidak hanya secara imateril, namun juga secara ekonomi (materil). Sebagai subjek hukum pidana, korporasi memiliki hak untuk mendapatkan perlindungan hukum pada saat menjadi korban tindak pidana pencemaran nama baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk dan implementasi perlindungan hukum terhadap korporasi sebagai korban tindak pidana pencemaran nama baik melalui pendekatan yuridis normatif yang disajikan secara deskriptif kualitatif. Bentuk perlindungan hukum terhadap korporasi adalah dengan sanksi pidana terhadap pelaku sesuai dengan pasal 45 ayat (1) Undang – Undang Nomor 11 tahun 2008 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik. Implementasi bentuk perlindungan hukum terhadap korporasi sebagai korban tindak pidana pencemaran nama baik dituangkan melalui surat dakwaan dan surat tuntutan oleh Jaksa Penuntut Umum |

Inggris) | The development of information and communication technologies with a marked presence of the internet has caused negative effects, one of it is the crime of defamation against the corporation. The attack on the good name of the corporation directly affect public confidence, eventually harmed not only immaterial, but also economic (material). As a subject of criminal law, the corporation has the right to obtain legal protection at the time of becoming victims of criminal acts of defamation. This study aims to determine the shape and the implementation of the legal protection for corporation as a victims of criminal acts of defamation through normative juridical approach presented in descriptive qualitative. Legal protection of the corporate is the criminal sanctions to the perpetrators in accordance with article 45 paragraph (1) of Legislation No. 11 of 2008 on Information and Electronic Transactions. Implementation of legal protection for corporation as a victims of crime as defamation by means of the crimination and the warrant by the Public Prosecutor.
