| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | The aims of this research were to to investigate the three factors that creates work environment such as Facilities, the working atmosphere, and the workplace environment, to investigate the factors that create work stress by using Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale at PT. Laju Maju Semesta Jakarta. The population of the study were all employees in that company’s warehouse. The technique of data analysis was analysis factor and spss 16 was also used. The results of this study showed that Working tool, supplies and social facility are factors to measure facilities. Coloration, Hygiene, Lighting, Air Exchange and Layout are factors to measure physical environment. But, music is not factor that is included as factors to measure physical environment. Appreciation, Respect , Recognition, Fair treatment, Human nature, tolerance, Solidarity and Responsibility are factors to measure non physical environment. Symptoms of gastrointestinal, symptoms of vegetative autonomic, symptoms of urogenital, symptoms of cardiovascular, sensory symptoms, do workers feel, Anxiety of occupational risk, Fears of jobless, somatic symptoms and sleep disorders are factors of work stress, while Tension of workload, symptoms of respiratory, feelings of depression and disorders intelligence are not included as factors to measure work stress. |
