Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Penelitian ini berjudul “Penerapan Penjatuhan Sanksi Disiplin Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Inspektorat Jenderal Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan. Latar belakang masalah penelitian ini adalah masih terjadinya pelanggaran disiplin terhadap Pegawai Negeri Sipil yang sering melanggar kewajiban-kewajiban. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penerapan penjatuhan sanksi disiplin Pegawai Negeri Sipil, serta mengetahui hambatan-hambatan yang terjadi dalam penerapan penjatuhan sanksi disiplin Pegawai Negeri Sipil tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif dengan metode perundang-undangan.

Hasil penelitian ini memberikan kesimpulan bahwa penerapan penjatuhan sanksi disiplin di Inspektorat Jenderal Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 53 Tahun 2010 tentang Disiplin Pegawai Negeri dan Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan pada dasarnya sudah dilaksanakan dan sudah diterapkan sejak peraturan tersebut telah diberlakukan dan pelanggaran sanksi yang dilakukan sudah sesuai dengan tingkatan pelanggaran yang dilakukan. Hambatan yang terjadi dalam penerapan penjatuhan sanksi yaitu peraturan atau tata tertib, yaitu dalam penerapan dan pelaksanaannya tidak tegas atau kurang tegas, atasan atau pimpinan yang tidak tegas dalam mengambil tindakan, kurangnya pembinaan dan pengawasan serta kurangnya kesejahteraan bagi Pegawai Negeri Sipil.

Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris)The research is “Juridical Review of Disciplinary Sanctions Implementation of the Civil Service Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Education and Culture”. Backgorund of the research is the violation of discipline against Civil Servants who often violate obligations. The purpose of this study to determine the application of disciplinary sanctions Civil Servants, as well as knowing the obstacles that occur in the application of disciplinary sanctions of the Civil Servant. The method in the research is juridical normative legislation method. This research aimed to find out the implementation of the punishment of discipline sanction to the Civil Public Servant, and to find out the obstacles that happened in the punishment implementation of the discipline sanction to the Civil Public Servant. Method that had been used in this research used the method of normative juridical by using the method of ordinance.
The result of research gave the conclusion that the punishment implementation of the discipline sanction at Inspectorate of the Ministry General of Education and Culture that based on the Government Regulation Number 53 in 2010 about the Discipline of the Public Servant and Regulation of the Education and culture Ministry Number 107 in 2013 about the Work Incentive for the Civil Public Servant at Inspectorate of the Ministry General of Culture and Education which basically had been conducted and implemented since this regulation h ad been implemented and the sanction violence that had been conducted had based on the violence level that had been conducted. The obstacle that happened in the implementation of sanction that was the regulation or rules, it was in the implementation and appliance did not being strict or less strict, the head or top management that was not strict in taking the action decision, lack of counseling and controlling and lack of the prosperity for the Civil Public Servant.
