| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Purwokerto merupakan Ibukota Kabupaten Banyumas dimana pembangunan pusat perbelanjaan mengalami peningkatan pesat. Keberadaan pusat perbelanjaan tersebut dapat menyebabkan permasalahan transportasi seperti kemacetan di ruas jalan lokasi pusat perbelanjaan tersebut. Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi bangkitan dan tarikan pergerakan pada pusat perbelanjaan, dan untuk memodelkan besarnya bangkitan dan tarikan pergerakan pada pusat perbelanjaan. Model ini dapat digunakan untuk mencerminkan hubungan antara sistem tata guna lahan dengan sistem prasarana transportasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menghitung jumlah pergerakan yang datang ke pusat perbelanjaan, dan survey wawancara terhadap pengunjung yang kemudian digunkan sebagai variabel terikat dan variabel bebas dalam analisis. Analisis data menggunakan metode step-wise. Model bangkitan terbaik berdasarkan metode step-wise tipe -1 untuk pusat perbelanjaan di Purwokerto adalah Y = 142,86 + 27,2648X1 + 28,697X2 dengan nilai R2 = 0,9121; X1 adalah pendapatan perbulan; dan X2 adalah kepemilikan kendaraan. Sedangkan model bangkitan terbaik berdasarkan metode step-wise tipe -2 diperoleh untuk pusat perbelanjaan di Purwokerto adalah Y = 53,947 + 33,925X1 + 40,544X3 dengan nilai R2 = 0,9449; X1 adalah pendapatan perbulan dan X3 adalah jarak meuju pusat perbelanjaan. Model tarikan terbaik berdasarkan metode step-wise tipe -1 dan metode step-wise tipe -2 untuk pusat perbelanjaan di Purwokerto adalah Y = 88,757 + 35,847X1 + 36,236X3 dengan nilai R2 = 0,9493; X1 adalah lokasi stratergi, mudah dijangkau, atau yang berhubungan dengan aksesibilitas; dan X3 adalah variasi jenis barang yang disediakan lengkap. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Purwokerto is the capital city of Banyumas regency where the construction of shopping centers developed rapidly. Thus the existance of all this shopping centers creates transportation problem such congestion on roads around the shopping center itself. Because of that, this study is aimed to analyze the affecting factors and to model the magnitude of trip production modelling and trip attraction of shopping center. This model can use to reflect the relationship between land use and transportation infrastucture system. Moreover, the research is done by counting the number of vehicle which come to the shopping center and interviews survey of the visitors that are used as the dependent and independet variable in the analysis. Then the data analysys using step–wise method. Based on the first type of step–wise method, the best production modelling in the shopping area in Purwokerto is Y = 142,86 + 27,2648X1 + 28,697X2 with grade R2 = 0,9121; X1 as the revenue per month and X2 as vehicle ownership while the best production modeling based on the second type is Y = 53,947 + 33,925X1 + 40,544X3 with grade R2 = 0,9449; X1 as the revenue per month and X3 as the distance to shopping center. Indeed, the best attraction based on the first and second type of step–wise method for the shopping center in Purwokerto is Y= 88,757 + 35,847X1 + 36,236X3 with grade R2 = 0,9493; X1 as the strategy of location, within easy to reach or its related to accessibility; and X3 as variations in the types of goods is complete. |
