| Judul Artikel | PEMBENTUKAN KOMUNITAS POLITIK DAN KEAMANAN ASEAN DITINJAU BERDASARKAN PERSPEKTIF KONSTRUKTIVISME |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian yang berjudul “ Pembentukan Komunitas Politik dan Keamanan ASEAN Ditinjau Berdasarkan Perspektif Konstruktivisme” akan menganalisis terkait dengan pandangan konstruktivisme terhadap Komunitas Politik dan Keamanan ASEAN. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis pandangan konstruktivisme terhadap Komunitas Politik dan Keamanan ASEAN khususnya menganalisis pembentukan identitas kolektif yang merupakan faktor penting dalam pembentukan komunitas tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data telaah pustaka dengan mengumpulkan data-data sekunder seperti literatur, buku-buku, artikel ilmiah dan jurnal. Hasil dari penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Komunitas Politik dan Keamanan ASEAN merupakan salah satu pilar dari Komunitas ASEAN. Komunitas ini pertama kali digagas oleh Indonesia dan gagasan tersebut disetujui oleh para pemimpin ASEAN pada KTT ASEAN IX di Bali pada bulan Oktober 2003 dengan disahkannya Bali Concord II. Komunitas Politik dan Keamanan ASEAN ditujukan untuk mewujudkan perdamaian di kawasan termasuk masyarakat internasional. Komunitas ini bersifat terbuka, berdasarkan pendekatan keamanan komprehensif, dan tidak ditujukan untuk membentuk suatu pakta pertahanan maupun kebijakan luar negeri bersama. Komunitas Politik dan Keamanan ASEAN merupakan suatu hasil dari konstruksi ide para pemimpin negara anggota ASEAN yang menginginkan adanya stabilitas keamanan di Asia Tenggara. Identitas kolektif merupakan faktor penting dalam pembentukan komunitas ini yang tercermin dalam empat variable ideational yang berkaitan dengan sumber identas kolektif, yaitu interdependence, common fate, homogenity, dan self-restraint. Selain identitas, komunitas ini juga dibentuk oleh norma yang tersaji dalam Treaty of Amity Cooperation dan ASEAN Way. Inggris) | This research, titled "The Establishment of ASEAN Political and Security Community Evaluated Based on Constructivism Perspective" will analyze associated with constructivism view of the ASEAN Political and Security Community. The purpose of this research is to analyze the view of constructivism towards ASEAN Political and Security Community in particular analyze the formation of collective identity is an important factor in the formation of the community. This research was conducted with a descriptive qualitative method, and data collection using techniques literature review by collecting secondary data such as literature, books, scientific articles and journals. As a results from this research, it can be summarized that the ASEAN Political and Security Community is one of the pillars of the ASEAN Community. This community was first initiated by Indonesia and the idea was approved by ASEAN leaders at the ASEAN Summit IX in Bali in October 2003 with the ratification of the Bali Concord II. ASEAN Political and Security Community is intended to bring about peace in the region including the international community. This community is open, based on a comprehensive security approach, and is not intended to constitute a defense pact and foreign policy together. ASEAN Political and Security Community is a result of the construction of the idea of the leaders of ASEAN member countries who want the security and stability in Southeast Asia. Collective identity is an important factor in the formation of this community are reflected in the four ideational variables associated with the source collective our identity, namely interdependence, common fate, homogenity, and self-restraint. In addition to identity, this community is also shaped by the norms presented in the Treaty of Amity and Cooperation ASEAN Way.
