Judul ArtikelDISTRIBUSI TUNGAU PARASIT LARVA NYAMUK Aedes sp. PADA DAERAH ENDEMIS DEMAM BERDARAH DENGUE (DBD) DI KABUPATEN KARANGANYAR
Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Kabupaten Karanganyar mempunyai 17 kecamatan, yang 6 kecamatannya dinyatakan sebagai daerah endemis penyakit Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD). Endemisitas DBD menggambarkan keberhasilan distribusi nyamuk Aedes sp. Dan kemungkinan mempengaruhi distribusi tungau parasit. Setiap kecamatan ditentukan strata terendah berupa desa/kelurahanyang paling endemis.

Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris)Karanganyar sub-province has 17 districts that six of them were declared as the place of endemic disease of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF). The endemicity of DHF showed the success distribution of Aedes sp. It may give an effect to the distribution of parasite mites. The aim of this study is to determine the familia of mite parasite that infects the larvae of Aedes sp. and to determine the distribution scheme of parasitic mites in endemic areas of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) in Karanganyar. This research used survey method with the determination of the sample unit with stratified sampling technique. The strata were determined by taking the six districts of the 17 districts that are endemic of DHF. These district were Colomadu, Gondangrejo, Jaten, Tasikmadu, and Kebakkramat. Each district was determined the lowest strata in the form of village/sub-district that the most endemic. The data of DHF endemicity were obtained from each sub-district health center. The determination of purposive sampling technique was based on the lowest stratum by sampling of Aedes sp. larvae. The larvae taken from Karanganyar district in Bejen Sub-district were many as 820 individuals, 814 individuals Colomadu District in the Malangjiwan Sub-district, 806 individuals Gondangrejo District in the Wonorejo Village, 820 individuals Jaten District in the Jaten Village, 835 individuals Tasikmadu District in the Papahan village, and 814 individuals Kebakkramat District in the Kemiri Village. The identification results show that there were 3 familia mite parasite larvae of Aedes sp. in Karanganyar District, Gondangrejo, Jaten, and Tasikmadu namely Familia Pionidae, Hydryphantidae Familia, and Familia Hydrachnidae, while in Colomadu District and Kebakramat the parasitic mites were not found. The analysis showed that the distribution pattern in Karanganyar, Gondangrejo, Jaten, and Tasikmadu District was random, while in Colomadu District and Kebakramat District was not known.
