| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian dengan metode survai di Kecamatan Sumbang menggunakan 279 ekor induk kambing lokal dilaksanakan di Desa Tambaksogra, Desa Sikapat dan Desa Gandatapa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rataan umur induk kambing di Kecamatan Sumbang 38,67 bulan (3,2 tahun).Litter size 1,87 ekor. Jumlah anak hidup prasapih tertinggi 119 ekor (rataan 1,60 ekor per induk) dan terendah 1 ekor. Umur induk kambing termuda di Desa Gandatapa 18 bulan dan tertua 60 bulan.Litter size tertinggi 2,50 ekor dan terendah 1 ekor. Jumlah anak hidup prasapih tertinggi 27 ekor (rataan 1,59 per induk) dan terendah 1 ekor. Umur induk kambing termuda di Desa Sikapat 20 bulan dan tertua 60 bulan. Liter size tertinggi 2,50 ekor dan terendah 1 ekor. Jumlah anak hidup prasapih tertinggi 35 ekor (rataan 1,52 ekor per induk) dan terendah 1 ekor. Umur induk kambing termuda di Desa Tambaksogra 24 bulan dan tertua 48 bulan. Litter size tertinggi 2,24 ekor dan terendah 1,8 ekor. Jumlah anak hidup prasapih tertinggi 57 ekor (rataan 1,67 ekor per induk) dan terendah 1 ekor. Hasil analisis regresi berganda mengikuti persamaan garis Y =-0,012x2 + 0,639x + 8,519 dengan nilai koefisien korelasinya (r) 0,297 dan koefisien determinasi (R2) adalah 8,8 persen.Hasil analisis regresi berganda mengikuti persamaan garis Y = -0,018x2 + 1,121x - 2,884 dengan nilai koefisien korelasinya (r) 0,295 dan koefisien determinasi (R2) 7,1 persen. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian adalah umur induk tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05) terhadap litter size dan jumlah anak hidup prasapih pada kambing lokal di Kecamatan Sumbang, Kabupaten Banyumas. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Research which used survey method in District of Sumbang was conducted by using 279 of local goats from Villages of Tambaksogra, Sikapat and Gandatapa. The research results showed the average age of the goats in the District Donate 38.67 months (3.2 years). Litter size 1,87.The highest number of kids living preweaning is 119 individuals (average of 1.60 birds per stem) and the lowest is one. The youngest goat’s age in the village Gandatapais 18 months and the oldest is 60 months. The highest Litter size is 2.50 the highest and lowest is one. The highest number of kids living preweaning are 27 animals (averaging 1.59 per stem) and the lowest one tail. Age mother goat in the village youngest Sikapat 20 months and the oldest 60 months. The highest size liters 2.50 and the lowest is 1 tail. The highest number of kids living preweaning 35 individuals (average of 1.52 birds per stem) and the lowest one. Age mother goat in the village youngest Tambaksogra 24 months and the oldest 48 months. Litter size of 2.24 the highest and lowest 1.8 tail tail. The highest number of kids living preweaning 57 individuals (average of 1.67 birds per stem) and the lowest one tail. Results of multiple regression analysis follows the line equation Y = -0,012x2 + 0,639x + 8.519 with a correlation coefficient (r) 0.297 and the coefficient of determination (R2) was 8.8 percent. Results of multiple regression analysis follows the line equation Y = -0,018x2 + 1,121x - 2,884 with the value of the correlation coefficient (r) 0.295 and the coefficient of determination (R2) of 7.1 percent. Conclusion of the study is the age of the mother was not significant (P> 0.05) on litter size and the number of kids living in local goat preweaning in District Donate, Banyumas. |
