Judul ArtikelPENGARUH DOSIS DAN SAAT INOKULASI Lemna polyrhiza TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL PADI SAWAH
Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) dosis terbaik inokulasi Lemna polyrhiza bagi padi di lahan sawah, (2) waktu inokulasi Lemna polyrhiza terbaik bagi pertumbuhan dan produksi padi sawah, dan (3) Interaksi dosis dan saat inokulasi Lemna polyrhiza bagi padi sawah. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) dengan tiga kali ulangan. Faktor yang dicoba: (1) dosis inokulasi Lemna polyrhiza yaitu Kontrol atau tanpa Lemna; 25 g Lemna/m2; 50 g Lemna /m2; dan 75 g Lemna/m2, serta (2) saat inokulasi Lemna polyrhiza yaitu bersamaan dengan saat tanam padi dan 14 hari setelah tanam padi. Variabel yang diamati meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah anakan produktif, tingkat kehijauan daun, bobot jerami per rumpun, bobot jerami per hektar, jumlah gabah per malai, bobot 1000 biji, bobot gabah kering per rumpun, serapan nitrogen, dan persentase penutupan petak percobaan oleh Lemna polyrhiza. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inokulasi Lemna polyrhiza memberikan pengaruh sangat nyata terhadap variabel tingkat kehijauan daun dan persentase penutupan petak percobaan oleh Lemna polyrhiza. Dalam penelitian ini, hasil gabah tertinggi dicapai oleh perlakuan dosis 25 g Lemna/m2 yang diinokulasikan bersamaan saat tanam padi dengan rata-rata hasil 1,56 ton/ha (konversi). Saat inokulasi Lemna polyrhiza memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap variabel bobot seribu biji dan persentase penutupan petak percobaan oleh Lemna polyrhiza dengan hasil terbaik pada perlakuan inokulasi bersamaan saat tanam padi.

Inggris)This research aims to find out: (1) the best dose of Lemna polyrhiza innoculation to lowland rice, (2) the best innoculation time of Lemna polyrhiza to growth and yield of lowland rice, and (3) the interactions of dose and innoculation time of Lemna polyrhiza to lowlamd rice. The design of the experiment is the factorial Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) which was repeated by three times. The factor trial were: (1) application dose of Lemna polyrhiza innoculation consisted of: Control or non Lemna; 25 g Lemna/m2; 50 g Lemna/m2; and 75 g Lemna/m2, and (2) innoculation time of Lemna polyrhiza consisted of: equal to rice plant planting and 14 day after planting. The variables observed consist of the plant height, number of productive tillers, leaf greenness level, straw dry weight per hill, straw dry weight per hectar, number of grain per panicle, 1000 grain weight, grain dry weight per hill, nitrogen uptake, and the percentage of covering experiment field by Lemna polyrhiza. The result of the experiment showed that dose of Lemna polyriza gave very significant effect to the variable leaf greenness level and to the percentage of covering experiment field by Lemna polyrhiza. In this experiment, the highest rice yield was achieved by 25 g Lemna/m2at equal to lowland rice planting with average of yield was 1,56 ton/ha (conversion). Innoculation time of Lemna polyrhiza were gave significant effect to the variable of 1000 grain weight at equal to lowland rice planting and this was the best results; to the percentage of covering experiment field, the equal to lowland rice planting was also gave the best results.
