Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Mengetahui perbedaan karakter pertumbuhan dan daya hasil dari 16 genotip padi sawah, 2) mengetahui genotip padi sawah yang mempunyai daya hasil tinggi yang ditanam di Kabupaten Cilacap. Penelitian dilaksanakan November 2014 sampai Maret 2015 di Desa Mernek, Kecamatan Maos, Cilacap. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) dengan 3 ulangan menggunakan 14 galur padi sawah dan 2 varietas pembanding. Variabel yang diamati yaitu tinggi tanaman, jumlah anakan total, jumlah anakan produktif, umur tanaman berbunga, panjang malai, jumlah gabah per malai, persentase gabah isi per malai, bobot 1000 butir, dan bobot gabah per petak. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji F, dilanjutkan dengan uji DMRT taraf kesalahan 5 %.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat beberapa kelompok berdasarkan bobot gabah per petak. Kelompok pertama yaitu galur yang mempunyai bobot gabah per petak tertinggi diperoleh dari galur B11004E-MR-4-PN- 3-2-3-MR-1 (13,38 kg) yang lebih tinggi dibanding varietas Ciherang (10,52 kg) dan Fatmawati (8,46 kg). Kelompok kedua yaitu galur yang bobotnya sedikit lebih tinggi dibanding varietas Ciherang yaitu BP17314B-SKI-1-1-1, OBS 8404 (CRS 874), BP7956-IF-2-2-KLT-2*B-SKI-1*B, Bio MF-133, MDS 10-01/Psj, UNSOED PK 7, 1PB160-F-36-4-1, dan AGH-KP-AC-44223 MLG, sedangkan yang bobotnya sedikit lebih rendah dibanding varietas Ciherang yaitu B13257B-RS*1-5-MR-3-2-6-4-4 dan Bio-Mt-7-B1200GRS-258. Kelompok yang ketiga yaitu galur yang mempunyai bobot gabah per petak lebih rendah dari varietas Ciherang dan tidak berbeda dengan varietas Fatmawati yaitu BP14284E-2-3, MDS 10-02/Psj dan UNSOED PK 15.
Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris)This research aims to: 1) Know the differences of growth character and yield of 16 paddy genotypes, 2) know the paddy genotypes that have a high yield grown in Cilacap.
The experiment was conducted on November 2014 until March 2015 in Mernek village, Maos District, Cilacap. Research using Randomized Block Design Complete (RAKL) with three replications, this research used 14 lines of paddy and 2 varieties. Variables observed were plant height, the total number of tillers, the number of productive tiller, age flowering plant, panicle length, number of grains per panicle, percentage of filled grains per panicle, 1000 grain weight, and grain weight per plot. Data were analyzed using the F test, continued with DMRT the error level of 5%.
The results showed there were several groups based on the weight of grain per plot. The first group was lines which have the highest weight of grain per plot obtained from a lines B11004E-MR-4-PN- 3-2-3-MR-1 (13,38 kg) was higher than Ciherang (10,52 kg) and Fatmawati (8,46 kg). A second group of lines that weighs slightly higher than Ciherang namely BP17314B-SKI-1-1-1, OBS 8404 (CRS 874), BP7956-IF-2-2-KLT-2*B-SKI-1*B, Bio MF-133, MDS 10-01/Psj, UNSOED PK 7, 1PB160-F-36-4-1, and AGH-KP-AC-44223 MLG, while the weight was slightly lower than Ciherang that were B13257B-RS*1-5-MR-3-2-6-4-4 and Bio-Mt-7-B1200GRS-258. The third group were lines that have a grain weight per plot was lower than Ciherang and has no different from the Fatmawati varieties that were BP14284E-2-3, MDS 10-02/Psj dan UNSOED PK 15.
