| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan prebiotik (fructoologoscaride (FOS), galactooligosacaride (GOS) dan Inulin) dalam pakan terhadap bobot dan persentase organ asesori itik Tegal jantan umur 2 bulan. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada tanggal 2 Mei 2015 sampai 10 Juni 2015 di Seloarum Farm, Sokaraja. Materi yang digunakan adalah 100 ekor itik Tegal jantan umur 1 bulan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen, dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL). Sebagai perlakuan adalah Pakan basal (R0), pakan basal + 0,2 % FOS (R1), pakan basal + 0,2% GOS (R2) dan pakan basal + 0,2% Inulin (R3). Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis variansi. Hasil rataan bobot hati masing - masing perlakuan adalah 29,5 g (R0); 32,2 g (R1); 31,0 g (R2); 31,9,0 g (R3), rataan bobot empedu masing – masing perlakuan adalah 2,7 g (R0); 2,6 g (R1); 2,5 g (R2); 3,0 g (R3),rataan bobot pankreas masing – masing perlakuan adalah 4,4 g (R0); 5,0 g (R1); 4,5 g (R2); 4,7 g (R3) dan untuk rataan persentase hati adalah 2,23% (R0); 2,32% (R1); 2,41% (R2); 2,28% (R3), rataan persentase empedu adalah 0,20% (R0); 0,19% (R1); 0,21% (R2); 0,20% (R3), rataan persentase pankreas adalah 0,33% (R0); 0,32% (R1); 0,35% (R2); 0,33% (R3). Hasil analisis variansi menujukkan bahwa perlakuan penggunaan berbagai jenis prebiotik (FOS, GOS dan Inulin) dalam pakan itik Tegal jantan umur 2 bulan berpengaruh tidak nyata (P>0,05) terhadap bobot dan persentase organ asesori (hati, pankreas dan empedu). Kesimpulan pada penelitian penggunaan berbagai prebiotik dalam ransum itik Tegal jantan umur 2 bulan menghasilkan bobot dan persentase organ asesori (hati, pankreas dan empedu) yang relatif sama. |

Inggris) | The aimed to determine the effect of prebiotic (fructoologoscaride (FOS), galactooligosacaride (GOS) dan Inulin) in the diet on accessory organ weight and percentage of male Tegal ducks. The research was conducted from May 2nd until June 10th, 2015 in Seloarum Farm, Sokaraja. The material used were 100 four week old male Tegal ducks .The treatments were basal feed (R 0), basal feed + 0.2% FOS (R 1), basal feed + GOS 0.2% (R 2), basal feed + Inulin 0.2% (R 3). Research used experimental method, was designed using the Completely Randomized Design (CRD). The parameters measured were the weight of the liver, bile and pancreas (g), as well as the percentage of the liver, bile and pancreas (%). The data were analyzed using analysis of variances. The result an average weight of heart for each treatment was 29.5 g (R 0); 32.2 g (R 1); 31.0 g (R 2); 31.9 g (R 3), the average weight of bile each treatment was 2.7 g (R 0); 2.6 g (R 1); 2.5 g (R 2); 3.0 g (R 3), the average weight of the pancreas of each treatment was 4.4 g (R 0); 5.0 g (R 1); 4.5 g (R 2); 4.7 g (R 3) and to the average percentage of the liver was 2.23% (R 0); 2.32% (R 1); 2.41% (R 2); 2.28% (R 3), the average percentage bilewas 0.20% (R 0) 0.19% (R 1); 0.21% (R 2); 0.20% (R 3), the average percentage of the pancreas was 0.33% (R 0) ; 0.32% (R 1); 0.35% (R 2); 0.33% (R 3). The results of analysis of variances showed, the use of prebiotics in the diet did not affect significantly (P> 0.05) on the weight and the percentage of the accessory organ (liver, pancreas and bile). The coclusion of this research is, the additions of prebiotic types of FOS, GOS dan Inulin in the diet produces smiliar weight and percentage of accessory organ (liver, bile and pancreas) of eight week male Tegal ducks. |
