| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh berbagai Ayam Sentul terhadap kualitas interior telur dan mengetahui kualitas interior telur Ayam Sentul paling baik. Materi yang digunakan adalah Ayam Sentul Abu, Sentul Batu, Sentul Debu, Sentul Emas, dan Sentul Geni umur 23 minggu sebanyak 100 ekor. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL). Perlakuan yang diuji adalah berbagai Ayam Sentul yang terdiri atas Sentul Abu, Sentul Batu, Sentul Debu, Sentul Emas, dan Sentul Geni. Setiap perlakuan terdiri atas 5 ulangan. Peubah yang diamati adalah kualitas interior telur terdiri atas Indeks Putih Telur, Indeks Kuning Telur, Haugh Unit, Bobot Putih, dan Kuning Telur. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan Analisis Variansi. Hasil analisis variansi menunjukkan bahwa berbagai Ayam Sentul berpengaruh tidak nyata (P>0,05) terhadap kualitas interior telur. Rataan Indeks Putih Telur, Indeks Kuning Telur, Haugh Unit, Bobot Putih, dan Kuning Telur secara berturut-turut yaitu 0,092; 0,447; 83,831; 23,68 g; 12,36 g. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa berbagai Ayam Sentul menghasilkan kualitas interior telur yang relatif sama. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The Study aimed to determine the effect of various Sentul Chicken against egg interior quality and know the quality of the interior of the most well Sentul chicken eggs. The material used in this study was Sentul Abu, Sentul Batu, Sentul Debu, Sentul Emas, and Sentul Geni Chickens aged 23 weeks as much as 100 birds. The method used in the study was an experimental method with Completely Randomized Design (CRD). The treatments was various Sentul Chicken consist of Sentul Abu, Sentul Batu, Sentul Debu, Sentul Emas, and Sentul Geni Chickens. Each treatmen consist of 5 repeats. Variables measured were egg interior quality consist of Albumen Index, Yolk Index, Haugh Unit, Albumen, and Yolk Weight Egg. The data were analyzed by analysis of variance. The results of analysis of variance showed that Sentul Chicken various had not affect significantly (P> 0.05) on the egg interior quality. The average Albumen Index, Yolk Index, Haugh Unit, Albumen, and Yolk Weight Egg in a sequence that 0.092; 0.447; 83.831; 23.68 g; 12.36 g. Based on the results of the research concluded that various Sentul Chicken yield egg interior quality were relatively similar. |
