Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengetahui kemempanan nematoda entomopatogen Heterorhabditis isolat Cilongok terhadap mortalitas larva S. litura di rumah kaca, 2) mengetahui kemampuan nematoda entomopatogen Heterorhabditis isolat Cilongok terhadap intensitas serangan S. litura pada tanaman kubis di rumah kaca, 3) mengetahui kemampuan nematoda entomopatogen Heterorhabditis isolat Cilongok untuk menyelamatkan hasil tanaman kubis yang terserang S. litura di rumah kaca. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dari Januari sampai Juni 2015 di Laboratorim Perlindungan Tanaman dan rumah kaca Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Purwokerto. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan 6 perlakuan dan 4 kali ulangan. Perlakuan yang dilakukan adalah tanpa perlakuan (kontrol) , insektisida sipermetrin 4ml/, serta NEP dengan konsentrasi 200 JI/ml, 400 JI/ml, 600 JI/ml dan 800 JI/ml. Variabel yang diamati adalah mortalitas larva, intensitas serangan, imago terbentuk dan bobot tanaman kubis segar. Data dianalisis dengan uji F pada taraf kesalahan 5% kemudian dilanjutkan dengan DMRT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan NEP isolat Cilongok konsentrasi 800 JI/ml mampu menimbulkan mortalitas larva S.litura sebesar 87,5 %. NEP mampu menekan intensitas serangan S.litura hingga 7,75 % serta mengurangi terbentuknya imago hingga 12,5%, namun belum mampu menyelamatkan hasil tanaman kubis.

Inggris)This research aims to 1) know the efficacy of entomopathogenic nematode Heterorhabditis isolate of Cilongok against mortality larvae S.litura in greenhouse, 2) know the efficacy of entomopathogenic nematode Heterorhabditis isolate of Cilongok against intensity of attack S. litura on cabbage in greenhouses, 3) know the ability of entomopathogenic nematode Heterorhabditis isolate of Cilongok maintain to yield of the cabbage plant are attacks by S.litura in greenhouse. The research was carried out from January until June 2015 at Laboratory of Plant Protection and Greenhouse of Faculty of Agriculture Jenderal Soedirman University, Purwokerto. The experiment used randomized completed block design with 6 treatments and 4 replications. The treatment were control (without treatment), cypermethrin insecticide 4ml/liter of water, entomopathogenic nematode with concentration of 200 JI/ ml, 400 JI/ml, 600 JI/ml and 800 JI/ml. Observed variables were larval mortality, the intensity of attacks , formed imago and fresh weight of cabbage. Data were analyzed using F test at the 5% level of error then followed by DMRT. The results showed that entomopathogenic nematode isolates Cilongok with concentration 800JI/ml were able to cause S.litura larval mortality of 87.5%. The nematode was able to suppress the intensity of attacks S.litura up to 7.75 % and reduce formed imago until 12.5%, but has not been able to maintain yield of cabbage.
