| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian bertujuan untuk 1) mengetahui macam formula larutan nutrisi yang tepat bagi pertumbuhan dan hasil umbi kentang untuk benih pada sistem budidaya hidroponik, 2) mengetahui frekuensi pemberian formula larutan nutrisi yang tepat bagi pertumbuhan dan hasil umbi kentang untuk benih pada sistem budidaya hidroponik, 3) mendapatkan kombinasi macam dan frekuensi pemberian formula larutan nutrisi terbaik pada sistem budidaya hidroponik untuk mendukung perbanyakan umbi pada produksi benih tanaman kentang. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam rumah kasa di Desa Pandansari, Kecamatan Paguyangan, Brebes dan Laboratorium Agronomi dan Hortikultura Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Jendral Soedirman dari tanggal 27 Oktober 2014 sampai tanggal 28 Januari 2015. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) faktorial 3×2 yaitu macam formula larutan nutrisi: Air (N0), AB mix (N1), Sundstrom (N2) dan frekuensi pemberian larutan nutrisi: 3 hari sekali (F1) dan 6 hari sekali (F2). Data pengamatan dianalisis dengan uji F, apabila berpengaruh nyata dilanjutkan dengan DMRT (Duncan’s Multiple Range Test) pada taraf kesalahan 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa formula Sundstrom merupakan larutan nutrisi terbaik bagi pertumbuhan tanaman kentang pada sistem budidaya hidroponik. Pemberian nutrisi dengan frekuensi 6 hari sekali memberikan hasil terbaik terhadap variabel hasil kentang antara lain jumlah umbi 6,63 buah, diameter umbi 2,48 cm, bobot segar umbi 99,91 gram/tanaman dan bobot kering umbi 16,99 gram/tanaman. Interaksi antara macam formula larutan nutrisi dengan frekuensi pemberian larutan nutrisi berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap semua variabel pengamatan. |

Inggris) | The aims of this research are: 1) determine formula nutrient solution is right for growth and yield seed of potato in hydroponic cultivation system, 2) determine the frequency of application formula nutrient solution is right for growth and yield seed potato in hydroponic cultivation system, 3) get the best a combination of the kinds and frequency of application nutrient solution in hydroponic cultivation system to support the multiplication of mini tubers in potato seed production. The research was conducted in a screen house at Pandansari Village, District Paguyangan, Brebes and Laboratory of Agronomy and Horticulture, Faculty of Agriculture, Jendral Soedirman University from October 27, 2014 up to January 28, 2015. The experiment design used was a complete randomized block design (CRBD) factorial 3×2 namely type nutrient solution formula: water(N0), AB mix (N1), and Sundstrom (N2) and frequency of giving nutrient solution formula: once 3 days (F1) and once 6 days (F2). The data was analyzed by F test, if different effect continued with DMRT (Duncan’s Multiple Range Test) at 5% error level. Results of the research showed that a formula Sundstrom is the best nutrient solution for the growth of potato plants in a hydroponic cultivation system. Providing nutrition with a frequency of 6 days gives the best results for the variable results from the amount of potato tubers pieces 6.63, diameter bulb 2.48 cm, tubers fresh weight of 99.91 g / plant and tubers dry weight of 16.99 g / plant. The interaction between a kind formula nutrient solution with the frequency of application nutrient solution not significant for all variables observation. |
