| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh flushing berbasis pakan lokal terhadap konsentrasi estrogen dan progesteron domba induk selama birahi. Bahan penelitian yang digunakan adalah DRG Estradiol ELISA dan DRG Progesterone Enzyme Immunoassay Kit. Materi penelitian yang digunakan adalah domba induk ekor tipis sebanyak 15 ekor yang di tempatkan secara acak dengan 3 perlakuan non flushing (1,01 McalME), flushing (2,31 McalME dan 2,09 McalME) dan 5 ulangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode experimental dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pakan konsentrat secara flushing berpengaruh nyata terhadap konsentrasi estrogen (P<0,05). Pemberian pakan konsentrat yang secara flushing tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap konsentrasi progesteron (P>0,05). Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pemberian pakan konsentrat secara flushing dapat meningkatkan konsentrasi estrogen saat birahi.

Inggris) | The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of flushing based on the local feed into the concentrations of estrogen and progesterone of the adult female of the sheep. Research material used is DRG Estradiol ELISA dan DRG Progesterone Enzyme Immunoassay Kit. The research material used was 15 heads of thin-tail sheep, they were randomly assigned into three treatments e.g: non flushing (1,01 McalME), flushing (2,31 McalME and 2,09 McalME) and 5 replication. This research used experimental method with Complete Random Design (CRD). The results of this research showed that flushing feed was a significantly difference on the concentrations of estrogen during estrous (P<0,05). Flushing feed was not a significantly difference on the concentrations of progesterone (P>0,05). In conclusion of the research that feeding concentrates as a flushing can increase the concentration of estrogen during estrous.
