| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | CV. Sawung Sari sebagai industri yang bergerak dibidang perunggasan, yang berada di Desa Gandatapa Kecamatan Sumbang dalam aktifitas produksinya selalu berusaha untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan mempertahankan kelanjutan usaha dimana laba atau profitabilitas perusahaan sangat mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan, terutama dalam menghadapi ketidaksempurnaan pasar. Keadaan tersebut menjadikan penetapan harga pokok produk suatu hal yang sangat penting, karena kenaikan harga pakan atau tingkat upah pada pasar oligopoli dengan cepat dapat dialihkan pada kenaikan harga pokok produk. Salah satu pendekatan yang tepat digunakan pada keadaan tersebut adalah penetapan harga pokok produk dengan metode variable costing. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) menghitung harga pokok produk dengan metode variable costing, (2) menghitung biaya produksi, penerimaan dan laba usaha, (3) mengetahui harga pokok produk yang diperoleh CV. Sawung Sari terhadap perkembangan harga telur di pasaran. Penelitian dilaksanakan di CV. Sawung Sari Desa Gandatapa Kecamatan Sumbang Kabupaten Banyumas dengan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode studi kasus. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Februari - Maret 2015 dengan sasaran penelitian adalah sumber data yang didapatkan dari CV. Sawung Sari yang memproduksi telur ayam ras tipe medium. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 1) Perhitungan harga pokok produk variabel keseluruhan sebesar Rp458.300.481,00 sedangkan harga pokok produk per unit sebesar Rp14.288,30, 2) Biaya produksi pada CV. Sawung Sari terdiri atas biaya pakan sebesar Rp402.193.401,00, biaya overhead pabrik tetap sebesar Rp8.746.200,00 dan biaya overhead pabrik variabel sebesar Rp56.107.080,00. Penerimaan CV. Sawung Sari sebesar Rp528.920.806,00. Laba yang diperoleh CV. Sawung Sari sebesar Rp21.474.125,00. 3) Harga pokok produk selama periode 2013 – 2014 selalu berada dibawah harga telur ditingkat konsumen, artinya perusahaan memiliki daya saing dari aspek biaya produksi. |

Sawung Sari as poultry industry in Gandatapa Village Sumbang District always try to improve performance and maintain bussines continuity which company profitability influence company performance face market distortion. Those situation makes the product cost determination a very important thing, because the increase of feed price or wage level in oligopoly market can quickly diverted to product cost increasing. One approach that that is appropriate in these circumstances is the determination of the cost of products with variable costing method. This research was aimed to (1) calculate the cost of products with variable costing method, (2) calculate the cost of production, revenue and operating income, (3) determine product cost increasing which is gotten by CV. Sawung Sari to the egg market prices progress. The research was conducted in the CV. Sawung Sari Gandatapa Village Sumbang District Banyumas Regency with case study method, on February – March 2015 with research object is data which is obtained from the CV. Sawung Sari that produces eggs type medium. The result showed that (1) The calculation of the cost variable products total Rp458.300.481,00 while the cost of the product per unit Rp14.288,30 (2) Cost of production CV. Sawung Sari consist of the cost of feed Rp402.193.401,00, fixed factory overhead costs Rp8.746.200,00 and variable factory overhead costs Rp56.107.080,00. Revenue CV. Sawung Sari of Rp528.920.806,00. Profits CV. Sawung Sari Rp21.474.125,00. (3) The cost of product on 2013 – 2014 always under consumen prices level it means the company has competitiveness of the production costs aspects. |
