Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui indeks eritrosit darah kelinci dengan mengukur Mean Corpuscullar Volume (MCV), Mean Corpuscullar Hemoglobin (MCH) dan Mean Corpuscullar Hemoglobin Concentration (MCHC) pada kelinci New Zealand White. Penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimen. Dua puluh lima kelinci New Zealand White jantan umur 3 bulan dengan bobot badan 2 kg diteliti dan dibagi dalam 5 kelompok perlakuan yaitu D0 : infeksi 0 (kontrol tanpa infeksi dan tanpa uji tantang), D1 : infeksi 101 dengan uji tantang 103, D2 : infeksi 102 dengan uji tantang 103, D3 : infeksi 103 dengan uji tantang 103, dan D4 : infeksi 0 dengan uji tantang 103 (kontrol uji tantang). Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis variansi. Indeks Eritrosit MCV, MCH dan MCHC digunakan sebagai variabel pengamatan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian dari perlakuan D0, D1, D2, D3, dan D4 berturut-turut adalah MCV 67.82-71.66 µ3/ fl, kadar MCH 20.04-22.94µµg/ pg dan kadar MCHC 28.10- 32.62%. Terjadi peningkatan dan penurunan jumlah indeks eritrosit namun masih dalam rentang jumlah normal. Hasil analisis variansi menunjukkan bahwa nilai MCV dan MCH pada kelinci New Zealand White jantan tidak dipengaruhi oleh tingkat infeksi pada saat uji tantang dengan Eimeria stiedae, sedangkan nilai MCHC pada kelinci New Zealand White jantan meningkat setelah uji tantang dengan Eimeria stiedae. |

Inggris) | This study aims to determine the blood erythrocyte index Mean Corpuscullar rabbit by measuring the volume (MCV), Mean Corpuscullar hemoglobin (MCH) and Mean Corpuscullar Hemoglobin Concentration (MCHC) in New Zealand White rabbits. Research using experimental methods. Twenty-five New Zealand White male rabbits aged 3 months to 2 kg body weight investigated and divided into 5 groups, namely D0: infection 0 (control without infection and without challenge test), D1: 101 infection with a challenge test 103, D2: infection 102 with 103 challenge test, D3: 103 infections with the challenge test 103, and D4: 0 infection with 103 challenge test (control challenge test). The result was analyzed using analysis of variance. Erythrocyte indices MCV, MCH and MCHC used as observation variables. Results obtained from the study of the treatment of D0, D1, D2, D3, and D4 are respectively the MCV 67.82-71.66 μ3 / fl, MCH levels 20.04-22.94μμg / pg and MCHC levels of 28.10- 32.62%. There was an increase and a decrease in the number of red cell indices but still within the range of the normal amount. Results of analysis of variance showed that the value of MCV and MCH in New Zealand White male rabbits was not affected by the level of infection at the time of challenge test with Eimeria stiedae, while the value of MCHC in New Zealand White male rabbits increased after challenge test with Eimeria stiedae. |
