Indonesia) | Latar belakang : Stroke paling banyak menyebabkan kecacatan pada kelompok usia di atas 45 tahun, banyak penderitanya yang tidak mampu lagi mencari nafkah seperti sedia kala karena berdampak pada gangguan fungsi sosial, fisik, dan mental pasien. Keluarga memiliki fungsi strategis dalam meningkatkan kemandirian dan taraf hidup pasien paska stroke serta dapat beradaptasi kembali pada masyarakat dan kehidupan sosialnya. Dukungan keluarga terhadap pasien paska stroke mempunyai peran penting terhadap fungsi sosial pasien paska stroke. Tujuan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dengan fungsi sosial pada pasien pasca stroke di RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Januari 2015 di RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono soekarjo dengan total responden berjumlah 30 orang yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Dukungan Keluarga diukur dengan kuesioner dukungan keluarga dan fungsi sosial diukur dengan kuesioner fungsi sosial yang disusun pada penelitian ini. Hasil: Penelitian pada pasien paska stroke di RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo untuk dukungan keluarga hasilnya adalah 90% kategori baik dan 10% kategori sedang, untuk fungsi sosial 60% memiliki fungsi sosial baik dan 40% memiliki fungsi sosial sedang. Analisis hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dengan fungsi sosial dilakukan dengan uji Spearman memperoleh nilai p = 0,000 dan r = 0,609 yang menunjukan korelasi positif dengan kekuatan korelasi yang cukup. Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dengan fungsi sosial pada pasien paska stroke di RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo |

Inggris) | Background: Stroke is the most cause of disability in the group age above 45 years, many sufferers are no longer able to earn a living as usual because of an impact on social dysfunction, physical, and mental patients. The family also has a strategic function to reduce the recurrence rate, and improve the living standards of independence of post-stroke patients and able to adapt back to the community and social life such as family support for post-stroke patients have an important role to the social function of post-stroke patients. objective: To know the correlation between support families with social function in patient after stroke at prof, Dr. Margono Sukarjo hospital center. Method: the research used analytic survey with cross sectional approach. The research has been done at January 2015 in prof. Dr. Margono Sukarjo hospital center. They are used 30 people with inklusif and eklusif criteria. Families support and social function are determineted with quesionere. Result: the research, at patient after stroke in prof, Dr. Margono Sukarjo hospital center for 90% support families good categories and 10 % medium categories. Support families 60% at good categories and 40% has medium categories. the correlation between support families with social function in patient after stroke at prof, Dr. Margono Sukarjo hospital center with spearman with P-value = 0,000 and r 0,609 this define is positif correlation with sufficient strength. Conclusion: support families more and more social function more and more too
