Indonesia) | Kadar Protein dan Nilai Viskositas Susu Sapi FH Impor dan FH Lokal di Satker Pembibitan dan Budidaya Sapi Perah Pagerkukuh Wonosobo, dilaksanakan pada tanggal 01 Januari sampai dengan tanggal 27 April 2015 di Satker Pembibitan dan Budidaya Sapi Perah Pagerkukuh Wonosobo. Materi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah susu sapi FH impor dan FHlokal sejumlah 8 ekor sapi FH impor dan 15 ekor sapi FH lokal. Sampel diambil pada pemerahan pagi hari pukul 03.00 WIB sebanyak 650 ml/ekor dengan ulangan 3 kali.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode survei.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan membandingkan kadar protein dan nilai viskositas susu serta mengetahui hubungan kadar protein dengan nilai viskositas susu sapi FH impor dan FH lokal di Satker Pembibitan dan Budidaya Sapi Perah Pagerkukuh Wonosobo.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kadar protein susu sapi FH impor dan FH lokal tidak memiliki perbedaan (P>0,05), sedangkan untuk nilai viskositas susu sapi FH impor dan FH lokal berbeda sangat nyata (P<0,01).Hubungan kadar protein dengan nilai viskositas susu FH impor dan FH lokal tidak saling berhubungan linier, dengan persamaan regresi Y = 2,7393 + 0,1693 X untuk susu sapi FH impor dan Y = 2,7198 + 0,1805 X untuk susu sapi FH lokal. Rataan kadar protein susu sapi FH impor 3,09%, susu sapi FH lokal 3,05%. Rataan nilai Viskositas susu sapi FH impor 2,06 cP, susu sapi FH lokal 1,85 cP. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa kadar protein susu sapi FH impor dan sapi FH lokal tidak memiliki perbedaan.Nilai viskositas susu sapi FH impor dan sapi FH lokal berbeda sangat nyata.

Inggris) | The Level of Protein and Viscosity Value ofImported FH and LocalFHCow’s Milk of Dairy Cattle Breeding and Livestock in Pagerkukuh Wonosobo,washeld from 01January until 27April, 2015 at Dairy Cattle Breeding and Livestock in the Pagerkukuh Wonosobo. The material used in this study were imported FH and localFH dairy cows, namely8 cows ofimported FH and 15 cows of local FH, respectly. Samples were taken in the morning in the dairy milking at 03.00 am as much as 650 ml/cow with 3 times replicates. The research method used wassurvey method. The research aimed to determine and compare the level of protein and milk viscosity values ofimported FH and local FH of Dairy Cattle Breeding and Livestock in the Pagerkukuh Wonosobo.The results showed that the protein content of the imported FH of cow's milk and the local FH of cow's milk had no differences (P> 0.05), whereas the cow's milkviscosity values ofimportedFH and local FH showed highly significant (P <0.01). Differencesthe relationship of the protein content with the milk viscosity values of import FH and local FH local was not linear. The regression equation Y = 2.7393 + 0.1693 X for imported FHcow's milk and Y = 2.7198 + 0.1805 X for local FHcow's milk. The average of protein content of import FH was3.09%, and the local FH was3.05%. The average value of import FH viscosity was 2.06 cP, the local FH is 1.85 cP. Based on the results of the research it isconcluded that the protein content of imported FH cow's milk and the local FHcow's milk have no differences. The viscosity values betweenimport FH and local FH is highly significant. |
