| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengungkapan corporate social responsibility menggunakan CSR Indeks berdasarkan pada Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) dan pengungkapan intellectual capital menggunakan IC Disclosure dalam laporan tahunan perusahaan pada reaksi investor terhadap abnormal return saham. Penelitian ini menggunakan laporan tahunan 15 perusahaan infrastruktur, utilitas dan transportasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik (seperti normalitas, multikolinearitas, autokorelasi, heterokedastisitas dan linearitas) dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengungkapan corporate social responsibility dan intellectual capital berpengaruh signifikan terhadap cumulative abnormal return yang menunjukkan bahwa investor mempertimbangkan informasi mengenai corporate social responsibility dan intellectual capital untuk pengambilan keputusan. |

Inggris) | This study aims to analyze the influence of corporate social responsibility disclosure with CSR Index is based on Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and intellectual capital disclosure with IC Disclosure in corporate annual reports on investor reaction to the abnormal stock return. This research used annual reports of 15 companies related to the infrastucture, utility and transportation listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sample was selected using purposive sampling method. Analysis method used descriptive analysis, the assumptions of classical test (such as normality, multicolinearity, autocorelation, heterocedasticity and linearity) and multiple linear regression. The results of this research concluded that corporate social responsibility and intellectual capital disclosure significantly influence the Cumulative Abnormal Return (CAR) which indicates that investor consider the corporate social responsibility and intellectual capital for decision making. |
