| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat Tunas merupakan satuan pendidikan non formal yang menyelenggarakan pendidikan bagi anak usia dini dalam bentuk Kelompok Bermain Tunas Taqwa. Penelitian ini tentang tata kelola lembaga PKBM terhadap program PAUD non formal berkaitan dengan standar pengelolaan dan standar pembiayaan yang melibatkan pemerintah, pengurus lembaga serta walimurid. Penelitian ini difokuskan kepada hubungan antara ke tiga pihak tersebut dalam proses kolaboratif partisipatif. Penelitian telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, dan teknik pemilihan informan menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa implementasi tata kelola program PAUD di PKBM Tunas sudah melibatkan 3 pihak yang memiliki peranan masing-masing. Namun kelemahannya adalah pihak lembaga masih belum optimal dalam hal laporan administrasi, terdapat ketimpangan antara bantuan dari pemerintah yang masih terbatas dengan banyaknya jumlah PKBM. Selain itu, antara pihak pemerintah dengan walimurid tidak berinteraksi secara langsung. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Tunas Community Learning Centre is one of the non-formal education which can organize early childhood education with a form Tunas Taqwa play group. This research about governance in PKBM institute toward PAUD non formal program be related to organize and budgeting involving the government, the board of the institution and parents from non-formal PAUD. This study focused on the relationship between the three participant in the collaborative process participatory. The research use descriptive qualitative research methods, and techniques of selecting informants using purposive sampling. The study concluded that the implementation of the governance of early childhood programs in PKBM Tunas already involves three parties who have the role of each. But the drawback is the agency are still not optimal in terms of administration reports, the discrepancy between the assistancefrom the government is still limited by the large number of PKBM. In addition, between the government and the parents do not interact directly. |
