| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Evaluasi sistem informasi diperlukan untuk memperbaiki kualitasnya atau melakukan perubahan sesuai kebutuhan organisasi. Metode PIECES merupakan kerangka kerja untuk evaluasi sistem informasi yang mengevaluasi performa, informasi, aspek ekonomi, aspek keamanan, aspek efisiensi serta aspek pelayanan. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui evaluasi berdasarkan penampilan, informasi, aspek ekonomi, aspek keamanan, aspek efisiensi serta aspek pelayanan Jenis Penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif evaluatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Sebanyak 71,4% responden menilai aspek penampilan (performance) masuk pada kategori baik. Sebanyak 60,7% responden menilai aspek informasi/data (information/data) SIMKA masuk pada kategori baik. Sebanyak 53,6% responden menilai aspek aspek ekonomi (economic) SIMKA masuk pada masuk pada kategori tidak baik. Sebanyak 53,6% responden menilai aspek kontrol/ keamanan (control/security) SIMKA sudah baik. Sebanyak 57,1% responden menilai aspek efisiensi (efficiency) pada SIMKA sudah baik. Sebanyak 57,1% responden menilai aspek pelayanan (service) pada SIMKA masuk pada kategori tidak baik. Dinas perlu memberikan tambahan pengetahuan kepada pegawai terkait SIMKA. Puskesmas maupun Dinas harus meningkatkan anggaran alokasi khusus untuk perawatan SIMKA baik untuk software, hardware maupun sarana penunjang SIMKA lainnya.Dinas perlu bekerjasama dengan pihak ketiga dalam hal ini pengembang/vendor untuk mengembangkan aplikasi dengan meningkatkan sensitivitas software terhadap kesalahan-kesalahan baik pada saat meninput maupun mengouput data atau informasi, dan penambah menu bantuan/petunjuk pada aplikasi untuk mengetahui dan memperbaiki kesalahan-kesalahan yang terjadi. |

As many as 57,1% of respondents felt aspects on SIMKA service entrance on the category of no good. The need to give additional knowledge related to officials SIMKA. The official and the Puskesmas have to increase the budget allocation for special treatment SIMKA good for software, hardware and facilities SIMKA. The official need to cooperate with third parties in this developer/vendor for developing applications software to improve sensitivity against mistakes and good at input/ouput data or information and adder a manual on aid-application to know and correct the mistakes happen. |
