Indonesia) | HUBUNGAN KEIKUTSERTAAN LANSIA DALAM KELOMPOK SWABANTU DENGAN PERILAKU PENGENDALIAN HIPERTENSI DI DESA LINGGASARI KECAMATAN KEMBARAN KABUPATEN BANYUMAS Fitriani Maba1, Asep Iskandar2, Aswin3 1Mahasiswa Jurusan Keperawatan, FIKes Unsoed 2Departemen Keperawatan Komunitas, Jurusan Keperawatan, FIKes Unsoed 3Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Banyumas Email: v3_maba@yahoo.co.id ABSTRAK Latar belakang: Hipertensi merupakan suatu keadaan tanpa gejala, dimana tekanan yang abnormal tinggi didalam arteri menyebabkan meningkatnya resiko terhadap stroke, aneurisma, gagal jantung, serangan jantung dan kerusakan ginjal. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan keikutsertaan lansia dalam kelompok swabantu dengan perilaku pengendalian hipertensi di Desa Linggasari Kecamatan Kembaran Kabupaten Banyumas. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, dengan rancangan cross-sectional. Sampel sebanyak 44 responden diambil dengan tehnik total sampling, instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuisioner dengan uji chi square. Hasil: Lansia yang mengalami hipertensi paling banyak berjenis kelamin perempuan berusia 45-59 tahun yang memiliki tingkat pendidikan SD dan memiliki perilaku pengendalian hipertensi yang cukup. Hasil analisis chi square didapatkan nilai p=0,013. Kesimpulan: Adanya hubungan antara keikutsertaan lansia dalam kelompok swabantu dengan perilaku pengendalian hipertensi Kata Kunci: Hipertensi, kelompok swabantu, lansia, perilaku |

Inggris) | RELATIONSHIP OF THE PARTICIPATION OF THE ELDERLY IN THE SELF-HELP GROUP WITH THE HYPERTENSION CONTROL BEHAVIOUR IN LINGGASARI VILLAGE KEMBARAN SUBDISTRICT BANYUMAS REGENCY Fitriani Maba1, Asep Iskandar2, Aswin3 1Student of nursing,facultly of health sciences of, jendral soedirman university 2Depertement of medical surgical nursing, nursing, faculty of health sciences of jendral soedirman university 3Health district office in Banyumas Email: v3_maba@yahoo.co.id ABSTRACT Background: Hypertension is a condition without symptoms, which are abnormally high pressure in the arteries leading to icreased risk for stroke, aneurysm, heart failure, heart attack and kidney damage. Object: This research aims to determine the relationship of the participation of the elderly in the self-help group with the hypertension control behaviour in Linggasari village, Kembaran subdistrict, Banyumas regency. Method: This is a quantitative study, using cross sectional design. A total of 44 respondent were participate in this study. Data were collected using questionnaire. Chi square was used to analyzed the data. Result: The most elderly experiencing hypertension are women aged 45-59 years old who educated at elementary school and have difficient hypertension control behaviour. The result of Chi square analysis p=0,013. Conclusion: Participation of the elderly in the self-help group has adequate hypertension behaviour.
