| Judul Artikel | PENGARUH MINAT PEMANFAATAN DAN PENGGUNAAN SISTEM INFORMASI TERHADAP KINERJA INDIVIDU MENGGUNAKAN MODEL UTAUT |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana minat pemanfaatan dan penggunaan sistem pada pegawai Pengadilan Negeri Banyumas dan Pengadilan Negeri Purwokerto. Sistem tersebut yaitu Sistem Informasi Penelusuran Perkara (SIPP) dan Direktori Putusan MA RI. Selanjutnya penelitian ini juga menguji pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja individu pegawai. Sebanyak 57 kuesioner yang kembali dan dapat diolah dari 60 kuesioner yang telah dibagikan. Dengan menggunakan Sem-PLS, hasil penelitian telah menunjukkan bahwa Minat pemanfaatan dan penggunaan kedua sistem tersebut tinggi dan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja individu. Ekpektansi kinerja dan ekpetansi usaha berpengaruh positif terhadap minat pemanfaatan sistem informasi, selain itu minat pemanfaatan sistem informasi berpengaruh positif terhadap penggunaan sistem informasi. Sedangkan pengaruh sosial terbukti tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat pemanfaatan sistem informasi dan kondisi fasilitas juga tidak berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan sistem informasi. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This study discusses how the interests of utilization and use of the system to the employees of the District Court and Court of Purwokerto, Banyumas. The system is the Search Case Information System (SIPP) and Decision Directory MA RI. Furthermore, this study also tested the effect on the performance of individual employees. A total of 57 questionnaires were returned and can be processed from 60 questionnaires that have been distributed. By using the Sem-PLS, research has shown that behavioral intention and use of both systems have high and positive effect on the individual performance. work expectancy and effort expectancy have positive effect on behavioral intention (BI), in addition BI have positive effect on the use of information systems. Despite of social influence proved not affect BI and facilitating condition also does not affect the use of information systems. |
