| Judul Artikel | HUBUNGAN PEGALAMAN BEBAN KERJA SELAMA EARLY CLINICAL EXPOSURE (ECE) TERHADAP MOTIVASI MENGIKUTI PROFESI NERS PADA MAHASISWA KEPERAWATAN UNSOED |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang : Program profesi ners adalah bagian dari pendidikan keperawatan yang akan ditempuh mahasiswa sebelum bekerja sebagai perawat. Early Clinical Exposure (ECE) merupakan pemaparan praktik klinik sejak dini bagi mahasiswa sebelum melanjutkan ke profesi ners. Keluhan yang timbul dari mahasiswa ketika menjalankan ECE meliputi pengalaman beban kerja seperti beban laporan tugas dan shift. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan pengalaman beban kerja selama ECE terhadap motivasi mahasiswa mengikuti profesi ners pada mahasiswa keperawatan Unsoed. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik deskriptif dengan rancangan cross sectional design. Pengambilan sampel dengan metode total sampling. Besarnya sampel adalah 119 responden yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Analisis data menggunakan uji Rank Spearman. Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar mahasiswa memiliki beban kerja yang tinggi selama ECE (47,3%) dengan skor rata-rata motivasi adalah 48,48±4,733. Hasil uji korelasi menunjukkan p=0,264, yang berarti ada hubungan yang lemah tetapi tidak bermakna antara pengalaman beban kerja selama ECE terhadap motivasi mahasiswa mengikuti profesi ners dengan nilai r= -0,107. Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan yang lemah tetapi tidak bermakna antara pengalaman beban kerja selama ECE terhadap motivasi untuk melanjutkan profesi ners pada mahasiswa keperawatan Unsoed. | Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | ABSTRACT Background :Nurses profession program is a part of nursing education that will be taken by students before working as a nurse. Early Clinical Exposure (ECE) is an early exposure to clinical practice for students before proceeding to the nurses profession. There are complaints by students which arise when they are joining ECE. The complaints are including experience workloads such as the burden of reporting assignments and shift Objective: This study aims to identify the relationship between workload experiences during the ECE towards the motivation of joining professional nurses in nursing Unsoed department. Methods: This kind of the study is a descriptive analytic with cross sectional design. To take the sample, this research uses total sampling method. The sample size is 119 respondents who fulfil the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The data analysis uses Spearman Rank test. Results: The results showed that most students have a high workload during the ECE (47.3%) with the average score was 48.48 ± 4.733 motivation. The majority of students motivation are in the medium level. The correlation test results showed that p = 0.264, which means there is no significant relationship between the experiences of the workload during ECE and motivation students to join the profession of nurses with a value of r = -0.107. Conclusion: There is no significant correlation between the experiences of the workload during ECE and the motivation to continue the nurses profession in Unsoed nursing students.
