Indonesia) | HUBUNGAN BEBAN KERJA FISIK DAN MENTAL DENGAN KELELAHAN KERJA PADA DOSEN BIOLOGI UNIVERSITAS JENDERAL SOEDIRMAN Oleh : Siti Ramla Elsunan, Nur Ulfah, dan Setiyowati Raharjo Jurusan Kesehatan Masyarakat, Fakultas Ilmu-ilmu Kesehatan INTISARI Kelelahan adalah fenomena yang umum terjadi pada berbagai tipe pekerjaan, setiap jenis pekerjaan mempunyai karakteristik kelelahan kerja tersendiri yang berbeda dimensinya. Pada institusi pendidikan tinggi tidak banyak yang memberikan jaminan perlindungan secara nyata kepada dosen.Penilaian akreditasi program studi dalam institusi perguruan tinggipun tidak melibatkan aspek-aspek tersebut.Kondisi tersebut dapat diartikan bahwa monitoring atau pengawasan terhadap pelaksanaan perlindungan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja pada dosen dari pemerintah masih sangat lemah.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan beban kerja fisik dan mental dengan kelelahan kerja pada dosen Biologi Universitas Jenderal Soedirman.Metode penelitian eksplanatory research dengan menggunak an pendekatan cross sectional. Penggunaan sampel menggunakan teknik Minimal simple size.Sampel penelitian berjumlah 47 orang dengan ditentukan berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi.Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat (chi square). Hasil bivariat menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara beban kerja fisik dengan kelelahan kerja p-value = 0,014. Dan terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara beban kerja mental dengan kelelahan kerja p-value = 0,012. Saran Memberikan tugas kepada dosen sesuai dengan kemampuannya baik fisik maupun mental dan perlu memberikan sosialisasi pengendalian kelelahan kerja kepada dosen. Inggris) | PUBLIC HEALTH DEPARTMENT FACULTY OF HEALTH SCIENCES JENDERAL SOEDIRMAN UNIVERSITY PURWOKERTO 2015 ABSTRACT SITI RAMLA ELSUNAN RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PHYSIQUE AND MENTAL WORKLOAD WITH WORK FATIGUE OF BIOLOGY’S LECTURERS UNIVERSITY OF JENDERAL SOEDIRMAN Fatigue is a common phenomenon that occurs in all kinds of jobs, every kind of job has its own characteristics different job burnout dimensions. In the higher education institutions is not much that guarantees real protection to the lecturer. Moreover, the assessment of accreditation in education institutions not involves these aspects. These conditions can be interpreted that the monitoring or supervising toward implementation safety protection and health protection toward a lecturer from the government is still very weak. The purpose of this study was to find out the relationship of physique and mental workload with work fatigue on faculty of Biology, University of Jenderal Soedirman. Research methods explanatory research using cross sectional approach.The use of the sample using simple random sampling technique. These samples included 47 people with determined based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data analysis was performed using univariate and bivariate (chi square). The results show there is a significant relationship between physique workload with work fatigue -value = 0.014. And there is a significant relationship between mental workload with work fatigue p-value = 0.012.
