| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | HUBUNGAN SKOR APGAR KELUARGA DENGAN TINGKAT KESEMBUHAN PENDERITA TUBERKULOSIS ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Indonesia berada di peringkat 5 sebagai negara dengan angka kejadian TB yang tinggi. Beberapa faktor dapat mempengaruhi proses penyembuhan TB yang salah satu faktor tersebut adalah dukungan keluarga. Skor APGAR keluarga adalah alat untuk menilai keluarga sehat atau tidak. Alat ini menjadi parameter yang tepat untuk dukungan keluarga. Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan skor APGAR keluarga dengan tingkat kesembuhan penderita TB paru. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain analitik obeservasional dengan pendekatan case control. Responden terdiri dari 33 penderita tuberkulosis yang dinyatakan sembuh, serta 33 penderita tuberkulosis yang dinyatakan tidak sembuh. Data didapatkan melalui wawancara dan obeservasi yang dilakukan oleh peneliti. Analisis data menggunakan uji Chi square dengan tingkat kemaknaan p<0,05. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara skor APGAR keluarga dengan tingkat kesembuhan penderita tuberkulosis p=0,04 (p<0,05) Kesimpulan: Terdapat pengaruh skor APGAR keluarga dengan tingkat kesembuhan penderita tuberkulosis. |

Inggris) | THE ASSOCIATION OF APGAR SCORE FAMILY WITH THE CURE RATES OF PULMONARY TUBERCULOSIS PATIENT ABSTRACT Background: Indonesia was fifth rank as a country with high incidence of TB. Several factors can affect the healing procces of pulmonary tuberculosis, one of those factors is family support. Family APGAR score is a tool to assess the family is healthy or not. This tool into the right parameter for family support. Objective: This objective research is to know association APGAR score family with the cure of the pulmonary tuberculosis patient. Method: This research has used analytic observational design with case control approach. The respondens are consist of 33 pulmonary tuberculosis patients who otherwise recovered and 33 pulmonary tuberculosis patients who otherwise do not heal. The data collected from interview and obeservtion by researcher. Data analysis by using formula Chi Square with signifcance level p<0,05. Result: The research result showed there is association APGAR score family with the cure rates of the pulmonary tuberculosis patient p=0,04 (p<0,05). Conclusion: There is the association APGAR score family with the cure rates of the pulmonary tuberculosis patient. |
