| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh dari Usia, Lama Kerja, Jam Kerja, Dan Pendidikan Terhadap Pendapatan Pekerja Industri Knalpot (Studi Kasus Pekerja Knalpot Di Kelurahan Kembaran Kulon, Kecamatan Purbalingga, Kabupaten Purbalingga). Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian survei, sedangkan metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Slovin, sehingga didapatkan sebanyak 57 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan logaritma natural dan diikuti dengan metode asumsi klasik dan uji statistik. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa usia, lama kerja, jam kerja, dan pendidikan secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap pendapatan pekerja knalpot di Kelurahan Kembaran Kulon. Secara parsial hanya variabel lama kerja dan jam kerja yang terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif secara signifikan. Hal tersebut menunjukkan kedua variabel tersebut berperan penting dalam menentukan hasil pendapatan pekerja knalpot. Sedangkan variabel usia dan pendidikan berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan. Meski tidak signifikan kedua variabel tersebut tetap memiliki peran dalam memperoleh pendapatan bagi pekerja knalpot sehingga perlu diperhatikan. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research analyze the effect of age, working time spent, working hours, and education towards the income of exhaust industry employees (case study of exhaust industry employees in west kembaran village, district of purbalingga, regency of purbalingga). The type of this research is survey research while the method of sample obtaintment is Slovin method, hence 57 respondents are obtained. The method of analysis employed is multiple linear regression and continued test model regression using classic assumption and statistics test. The result showed that age, working time spent, working hours, and education simultaneously have positive effect towards the income of exhaust industry employees in West Kembaran village. Partially, only working time spent and working hours variables are proven to have significant positive effect. It shows that both variables have important role in determining the result of the income of exhaust industry employees. Meanwhile, the age and education variable have positive influence, however it is insignificant. Even though they are not significant, both variables still have roles to the income gained by exhaust industry employees so that they need to be considered. |
