| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul “Analisi Kontribusi Pendapatan Pekerja Industri Alat Musik Perkusi Terhadap Pendapatan Rumah Tangga dan KHL Di Kecamatan Bumiayu Kabupaten Brebes”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi pendapatan pekerja di industri alat musik perkusi terhadap pendapatan Keluarga dalam memenuhi kebutuhan dan perbandingan standar KHL. Penelitian bersifat analisis deskriptif yang dilakukan dengan cara survey. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk mengetahui kontribusi pendapatan pekerja terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah pekerja industry alat musik perkusi di Kecamatan Bumiayu Kabupaten Brebes Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh : (1) Kontribusi pendapatan pekerja Industri Alat Musik Perkusi terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga sebesar 86,95 persen, (2) Pendapatan rumah tangga sudah memenuhi konsumsi rumah tangga dilihat dari APC<1 yaitu 0,87, (3) Pendapatan yang diperoleh pekerja industri alat musik perkusi belum memenuhi KHL Kabupaten Brebes. Implikasi dari hasil penelitian adalah: untuk meningkatkan pendapatan pekerja perlu ada bantuan dan dorongan motivasi dari pengusaha maupun dari pekerja itu sendiri. Meningkatnya pendapatan memberi dampak baik kepada standar KHL pekerja. |

Inggris) | This research entitles "Analysis Contributions Revenue Percussion Instrument Industry Workers Against Household Income and KHL In District Bumiayu Brebes City". research entitles aims to determine the contribution revenue in the industry worker percussion instruments to meet the needs of family income and standard of comparison KHL. The study was descriptive analysis performed by means of a survey. The research methods used to determine the contribution of labor income to the household income. Respondents in this study is a percussion instrument industry workers in the District Bumiayu Brebes City. Based on the research results, obtained: (1) Revenue Percussion Instrument Industry workers on household income amounted to 86.95 percent, (2) Household income meets the household see consumption of APC <1 is 0.87, (3) Income workers obtained a percussion instrument industry has not met KHL Brebes City.. The implications of the study are: to increase the income of workers need no help and encouragement of employers and of workers themselves. Increased revenue impact to both in KHL standard workers. |
