| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh price earning ratio , leverage, dividend payout ratio, profitabilitas dan cash holdings terhadap nilai perusahaan. Studi kasus pada perusahaan non - keuangan yang terdaftar dalam indeks LQ 45 pada periode 2010-2013 . Populasi adalah perusahaan yang terdaftar di indeks LQ 45 di BEI (Bursa Efek Indonesia). Metode penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling, ada 16 perusahaan akan digunakan sebagai data observasi . Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciens) versi 16. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dividend payout ratio tidak mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan. Price earning ratio, leverage dan profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Dan cash holdings memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of price earning ratio, leverage, dividend payout ratio, profitability and cash holdings toward firm value. Study case on non-financial companies listed in the index LQ 45 in the period 2010-2013. The populations is companies listed in the index LQ 45 on the IDX (Indonesia Stock Exchange). the method of the research is purposive sampling, there were 16 companies will be used as observation data. This study uses multiple regression analysis with SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciens) version 16. The results showed that dividend payout ratio not affect the firm value. Price earning ratio, leverage and profitability has a positive effect on firm value. And cash holdings has a negative effect on firm value |
