| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mengkaji hasil dan daya hasil sepuluh genotip padi protein dengan dua varietas pembanding, 2) mengkaji kandungan amilosa dan protein pada sepuluh genotip padi protein dan dua varietas pembanding, 3) mengkaji korelasi antara hasil dan kualitas hasil sepuluh genotip padi protein dan dua varietas pembanding, 4) mendapatkan genotip padi yang memiliki hasil tinggi dan protein tinggi. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama 5 bulan dari bulan September 2014 sampai Januari 2015 di Desa Pasir Kulon, Kecamatan Karanglewas, Kabupaten Banyumas. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) dengan perlakuan 12 genotip padi protein dan 3 ulangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) genotip yang memiliki hasil tinggi dan komponen hasil ideal adalah P-G39//CH-GD-3, P-G39//CH-GD-8, P-G39//CH-GD-13. Genotip yang memiliki hasil tinggi tetapi komponen hasil kurang ideal adalah P-MW//LG-GD-61, P-MW//G39-GD-66, P-MW//G39-GD-67, P-SL//G39-GD-84, P-PS//MR-GD-93, P-CH//MR-GD-95, 2) Semua genotip memiliki kandungan protein yang sama. Genotip yang memiliki kandungan amilosa kategori rendah adalah P-G39//CH-GD-3, P-G39//CH-GD-8, P-G39//CH-GD-13, P-MW//LG-GD-50, P-MW//G39-GD-66, P-MW//G39-GD-67, P-PS//MR-GD-93, P-CH//MR-GD-95. Genotip yang memiliki kandungan amilosa kategori sedang adalah P-MW//LG-GD-61, P-SL//G39-GD-84, 3) Terdapat hubungan yang positif antara sifat hasil gabah per petak dan persentase gabah isi per malai (%) dan bobot 1000 biji (gram). Tidak terdapat hubungan antara hasil dan sifat kandungan protein dan sifat kandungan amilosa, 4) Genotip yang memiliki hasil tinggi dan kandungan protein kategori sedang adalah P-G39//CH-GD-3, P-G39//CH-GD-8, P-G39//CH-GD-13. |

Inggris) | The aims of the research are: 1) To assess the results and potential result of ten genotypes of protein paddy and two comparison varieties. 2) To assess the content of amylose and protein in ten genotypes of protein paddy and two comparison varieties. 3) To assess the correlation between the yield and the yield qualities of the ten genotypes of protein paddy and two comparison varieties. 4) To get the genotypes of paddy which have high yield and high protein. This research was conducted for 5 months. It started on September 2014 until January 2015 in Pasir Kulon village, Karanglewas, Banyumas. This research using randomized block design (RBD) with the treatments of 12 genotypes of protein paddy and 3 replications. The results of this research were: 1) Genotypes that had high yield and ideal yield components were P-G39//CH-GD-3, P-G39//CH-GD-8, P-G39//CH-GD-13. Genotypes that had high yield, but had less than ideal yield components were P-MW//LG-GD-61, P-MW//G39-GD-66, P-MW//G39-GD-67, P-SL//G39-GD-84, P-PS//MR-GD-93, P-CH//MR-GD-95, 2) All genotypes had the same protein content. Genotypes that had a low amylose content categories were P-G39//CH-GD-3, P-G39//CH-GD-8, P-G39//CH-GD-13, P-MW//LG-GD-50, P-MW//G39-GD-66, P-MW//G39-GD-67, P-PS//MR-GD-93, P-CH//MR-GD-95. Genotypes that had a moderate amylose content categories were P-MW//LG-GD-61, P-SL//G39-GD-84, 3) There was a positive correlation between and grain yield per plot the percentage of filled grains per panicle and 1000 grain weight (grams). There was no correlation between the yield and the nature of the protein content and amylose, 4) Genotypes that had high yield and protein content of the medium category were P-G39//CH-GD-3, P-G39//CH-GD-8, P-G39//CH-GD-13. |
