| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul: Pengaruh hubungan atasan dan bawahan, budaya organisasi, loyalitas kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) dan kinerja karyawan pada PT. Telkom Indonesia Cabang Purwokerto Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh hubungan atasan dan bawahan, budaya organisasi, loyalitas kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), dan menganalisis pengaruh organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 74 responden dari populasi seluruh karyawan yang berjumlah 90 orang dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah hubungan atasan dan bawahan, budaya organisasi, loyalitas kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), dan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis analisis regresi berganda dengan uji determinasi (R2), uji F, uji t. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa hubungan atasan dan bawahan, budaya organisasi, dan loyalitas kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), dan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. |

Inggris) | The title of this research is : The Influence leader member exchange, organizational culture, loyalty working to the improvement of organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) and employee performance in PT. Telkom Indonesia In Purwokerto The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the influence of leader member exchange, organizational culture, loyalty working to organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB), and to analyze the effect of organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) on employee performance. The research sample about 74 respondents of total 90 member of population, teken by proportionate stratified random sampling.While used data collecting technique that is with interview and questioner. The hypothesis’of this research are leader member exchange, organizational culture, loyalty working has a positive influence on organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB), and organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) has a positive influence on employee performance. The analytical tools that used are the analysis of multiple regression analysis with the determinasi (R2) test, F test, t test and Multiple and simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of this study concluded that the of leader member exchange, organizational culture, loyalty working has a positive influence on organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB), and organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) has a positive influence on employee performance. |
