| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tulisan ini mendeskripsikan tentang collaborative governance dalam pengelolaan Pratistha Harsa di Kabupaten Banyumas. Pratistha Harsa merupakan pusat produk dan kuliner Usaha Kecil dan Menengah yang pengelolaannya melibatkan pihak pemerintah, swasta dan masyarakat. Pratistha Harsa dilatar belakangi oleh usaha pemerintah dalam penataan dan pemberdayaan Pedagang Kaki Lima (PKL) dan pengembangan UKM. Oleh sebab itu penting untuk mengkaji yang berkaitan dengan collaborative governance dalam pengelolaan salah satu aset publik yaitu Pratistha Harsa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan desain kelembagaan dn proses collaborative governance dalam pengelolaan Pratistha Harsa. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif.Sedangkan sasaran dalam penelitian ini yaitu pihak pemerintah, swasta dan masyarakat. Hasil dalam penelitian ini yaitu collaborative governance dalam pengelolaan Pratistha Harsa belum maksimal. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini bahwa ada beberapa aspek yang menurut Model Ansell dan Gash belum terpenuhi, yaitu meliputi aturan dasar, frekuensi dialog tatap muka, ketergantungan dan pelaksanaan rencana strategis.

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This paper describes collaborative governance in the managemnt of the Pratistha Harsa in the Banyumas Regency. Pratistha Harsa was the Centre of culinary products small and medium enterpries who manage them involves the government, privat and community. Pratistha Harsa exposed by their Government efforts in structuring and empowerment of street vendors (PKL) and the development of SMES. Therefore, it is important to review related to collaborative governance in the management of public assets, one of the Pratistha Harsa. This study aims to describe the institutional design and the process of research methods used are descriptive qualitative research methodes. While the target in this research, namely the government, the privat and the public. This results in this study i.e collaborative governance in the management of the Pratistha Harsa hasn’t been fullest. Conclusion in this study that there are some aspects which according to Ansell Model and Gash has not fullfilled, that covers the basic rules, the frequency of face-to-face dialogue, dependency and the implementation of the strategic plan.
