| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh price to book value (PBV), total aset turn over (TATO), return on asset (ROA), debt to equity ratio (DER), ukuran perusahaan dan tingkat inflasi terhadap return saham perusahaan properti dan real estate di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama periode 2011 sampai 2013. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi, tinjauan pustaka dan pencarian di internet. Penelitian ini menggunakan model regresi berganda sebagai alat pengujian hipotesis. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan properti dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia, dengan menggunakan purposive sampling sebagai teknik sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa price to book value (PBV), total aset turn over (TATO), dan debt to equity ratio (DER) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap return saham, sedangkan return on asset (ROA), ukuran perusahaan dan tingkat inflasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The purpose of this research was to analyze the effect of the price to book value (PBV), total asset turn over (TATO), return on asset (ROA), debt to equity ratio (DER), company size and the inflation rate on stock return property and real estate companies in Indonesian Stock Exchange. This research was conducted during the period 2011 until 2013. Data collection techniques used the method of documentation, literature review and internet search. This research used multiple regression model as a means of testing the hypothesis. Population in this study was the property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, using purposive sampling as a sampling technique. The results of this research showed that price to book value (PBV), total asset turn over (TATO), and debt to equity ratio (DER) had significant effect on stock return, while the return on asset (ROA), size company and the inflation rate had no significant effect on stock return. |
