| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Ichthyo fauna merupakan segala macam jenis hewan yang secara genetis mempunyai sirip dan insang, serta hidup di periode dan daerah tertentu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui jenis, keragaman dan indeks kelimpahan ikan di muara Sungai Cibeureum, Segara Anakan, Kabupaten Cilacap. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode purposive random sampling dengan berdasarkan perbedaan jarak/tipe habitat. Jumlah sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 419 ekor yaitu 18 spesies ikan yang tergolong ke dalam 17 famili. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa jumlah spesies ikan tertinggi sebanyak 18 spesies pada daerah mangrove sedangkan terendah ditemukan 7 spesies pada daerah persawahan. Nilai kelimpahan ikan berkisar antara antara 9-42 ind./1000 m³, kelimpahan tertinggi terdapat di daerah mangrove dengan kisaran antara 29-42 ind./1000 m³ dan terendah terdapat di daerah persawahan dengan kisaran antara 9-21 ind./1000 m³. Indeks keragaman ikan (H’) berkisar antar 1,33-2,42 dengan katagori sedang, Keragaman tertinggi terdapat di daerah mangrove dengan rata-rata sebesar 2,23 dan terendah terdapat di daerah persawahan dengan rata-rata sebesar 1,52. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Ichthyofauna are all kinds of animals that are genetically have fins and gills, and live in a certain period and area. The purpose of this study to determine the species, the diversity and abundance indices of fish in the river estuary Cibeureum, Segara Anakan, Cilacap. The research method used purposive random sampling method based on the difference in the distance / habitat types. The number of samples obtained by tail 419 is 18 species of fish are classified into 17 families. The analysis showed that the highest number of species of fish as much as 18 species in the mangrove area while the lowest was found 7 species in the rice fields. Fish abundance values ranging between 9-42 ind. / 1000 m³, the highest abundance found in the mangrove area in the range of 29-42 ind. / 1000 m³ and the lowest in rice fields in the range of 9-21 ind. / 1000 m³. Fish diversity index (H ') ranged between 1.33 to 2.42 with the category of being, diversity is highest in the mangrove area with an average of 2.23 and the lowest in rice fields with an average of 1.52. |
