| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan produksi telur dan Income Over Feed Cost berbagai ayam Sentul sebagai penghasil telur tetas. Materi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 125 ekor ayam Sentul. Penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimen, Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan lima kali ulangan. Perlakuan terdiri atas lima macam ayam Sentul, yaitu: Sa= ayam Sentul Abu, Sb= ayam Sentul Batu, Sd= ayam Sentul Debu, Se= ayam Sentul Emas, dan Sg= ayam Sentul Geni. Setiap perlakuan diulang lima kali dan setiap unit percobaan terdiri atas lima ekor dengan perbandingan 1:4 (jantan:betina). Peubah yang diamati adalah produksi telur dan Income Over Feed Cost. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis variansi, kemudian apabila berpengaruh nyata, maka dilanjutkan dengan uji lanjut Beda Nyata Jujur (BNJ). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa rataan produksi telur pada masing-masing ayam Sentul; yaitu: Sa= 46,10%, Sb=35,95%, Sd=40,29%, Se=35,52%, Sg=38,95%. Rataan Income Over Feed Cost pada masing-masing ayam Sentul; yaitu: Sa=Rp 20.654,00; Sb=Rp 12.263,00; Sd=Rp 16.210,00; Se=Rp 12.146,00; Sg=Rp 15.320,00. Hasil analisis variansi menunjukan bahwa berbagai ayam Sentul berpengaruh tidak nyata (p>0,05) terhadap produksi telur dan Income Over Feed Cost. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa berbagai ayam Sentul sebagai penghasil telur tetas mempunyai produksi telur dan Income Over Feed Cost yang sama. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The purpose of the experiment was to study the differences of egg production and Income Over Feed Cost of various sentul chicken as hatching eggs producer. The material used was 125 Sentul chicken. This research was conducted using experimental method, completely randomized design (CRD) with 5 times replication. The treatment consisted of feather colours i.e.: Sa= Abu Sentul chicken, Sb= Batu Sentul chicken, Sd= Debu Sentul chicken, Se= Emas Sentul chicken, and Sg= Geni Sentul chicken. The variables observed were the amount of egg production and Income Over Feed Cost. The data obtained were analysed using variance analysis, continued by honestly significance difference test. Research result showed that the average of egg production were Sa= 46.10%, Sb=35.95%, Sd=40.29%, Se=35.52%, Sg=38.95%. Income Over Feed Cost were Sa=Rp 20,654.00; Sb=Rp 12,263.00; Sd=Rp 16,210.00; Se=Rp 12,146.00; Sg=Rp 15,320.00. Variance analysis result showed that the treatment did not have significant effect (p>0.05) on egg production and Income Over Feed Cost. It can be concluded that as a hatching egg producer, Sentul chicken had the same egg production and income over feed cost. |
