| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mengetahui pengaruh jenis ekstraksi hormon alami terhadap pertumbuhan setek daun wijaya kusuma (2) Mengetahui pengaruh lamanya waktu perendaman terhadap pertumbuhan setek daun wijaya kusuma (3) Mengetahui jenis ekstraksi hormon alami dengan lama waktu perendaman yang optimal terhadap pertumbuhan setek daun wijaya kusuma. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Grendeng Purwokerto Utara dengan ketinggian tempat 70 mdpl. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dari bulan September sampai bulan November 2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan tiga kali ulangan. Faktor yang diteliti yaitu macam hormon alami dan lama perendaman. Variabel yang diamati terdiri atas kecepatan tumbuh tunas, jumlah daun, panjang tunas, bobot basah daun, bobot kering daun, akar terpanjang, jumlah akar volume akar, bobot basah akar dan bobot kering akar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan pemberian hormon alami tidak memberikan pengaruh terhadap semua variabel setek daun wijaya kusuma. Perlakuan lama perendaman tidak memberikan pengaruh terhadap semua variabel setek daun wijaya kusuma. Tidak terdapat interaksi antara hormon alami dan lama waktu perendaman terhadap semua variabel pengamatan |

Inggris) | This study attempts to ( 1 ) to examine influence the type of extraction a naturally on the growth of setek leaves wijaya kusuma ( 2 ) to examine the influence of the length of time a soaking on the growth of setek leaves wijaya kusuma ( 3 ) to examine the type of extraction a naturally with long time soaking optimal on the growth of setek leaves wijaya kusuma. Research carried out in purwokerto urban village grendeng north with a height place 70 m dpl. This study was conducted from september until november 2014.
