| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi larutan NAA terhadap pertumbuhan setek batang tanaman sirih merah (Piper crocatum Ruiz & Pav), 2) mengetahui pengaruh lama perendaman larutan NAA terhadap pertumbuhan setek batang tanaman sirih merah (Piper crocatum Ruiz & Pav), serta 3) mengetahui interaksi antara konsentrasi dan lama perendaman larutan NAA terhadap pertumbuhan setek batang tanaman sirih merah (Piper crocatum Ruiz & Pav). Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Kedung Wuluh, Kecamatan Purwokerto Barat pada ketinggian tempat 80 m dpl. Penelitian ini dimulai dari 29 Oktober 2014 hingga 21 Januari 2015. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) faktorial 3 x 3 dengan 9 kombinasi perlakuan dan 3 kali ulangan. Faktor pertama adalah 3 taraf konsentrasi larutan NAA (100 ppm, 150 ppm, 200 ppm), dan faktor kedua adalah 3 taraf lama perendaman dalam larutan NAA (15 menit, 30 menit, dan 45 menit). Variabel pengamatan terdiri dari: persentase keberhasilan setek, saat tumbuh tunas, jumlah daun tunas, jumlah mata tunas, panjang tunas, luas daun tunas, berat segar tunas, berat kering tunas, jumlah akar, panjang akar terpanjang, volume akar, berat segar akar, berat kering akar. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji F, apabila ada beda nyata antar perlakuan dilanjutkan dengan uji Beda Nyata Terkecil (BNT) pada taraf 5% dan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak adanya pengaruh pada perlakuan konsentrasi dan lama perendaman larutan NAA terhadap pertumbuhan setek batang tanaman sirih merah. Interaksi konsentrasi dan lama perendaman larutan NAA berpengaruh terhadap variabel saat tumbuh tunas, namun tidak berpengaruh terhadap variabel lain. |

Inggris) | This research aims to understand: 1) the influence of the concentration of a solution NAA on the growth of the Red Betel stem cutting (Piper crocatum Ruiz & Pav), 2) the influence of long immersion solution NAA on the growth of the Red Betel stem cutting (Piper crocatum Ruiz & Pav), and 3) an interaction between concentration and soaking NAA solution which on the growth of the Red Betel stem cutting (Piper crocatum Ruiz & Pav). The research was conducted in kelurahan Kedung Wuluh, in Purwokerto West at the height of 80 meters above sea level. The research began from October 29th, 2014 until January 21th, 2015. This research used the Randomised Block Design (RBD) faktorials 3 x 3 by 9 combination and 3 replication. The first factor is the 3 levels concentration NAA solution (100 ppm, 150 ppm, and 200 ppm), and the second factor is the 3 level long immersion on NAA solution (15 minute, 30 minute, and 45 minute). The observerd variabels consist of: bud growth time, shoots lenght, number of leaves bud, number of shoots, leaf area, shoot wet and dry weight, number of roots, maximum root lenght, volume of roots, root wet and dry weight, and life percentage of cutting. The F test was used to analyze the data and continued by LSD and Regression test. The result showed that concentration and long immersion treatments did not effect on the Growth of Red Betel stem cutting. The interaction of the treatment concentration and long immersion on NAA solution did effect on the growing bud, but did not effect on the other variables. |
