Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul “KONTRIBUSI PENGELOLAAN HUTAN BERSAMA MASYARAKAT (PHBM) TERHADAP PENDAPATAN RUMAH TANGGA PENYADAP DAMAR DI RPH BATURADEN, BKPH GUNUNG SLAMET BARAT, KPH BANYUMAS TIMUR”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kontribusi pendapatan PHBM terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga penyadap damar dan tingkat pemenuhan kebutuhan hidup layak. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis Tabulasi dengan menggunakan microsoft excel 2010. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh penyadap damar di RPH Baturaden yang berjumlah 33 orang, yang tersebar pada 3 desa yang berada di Kecamatan Baturaden. PHBM Banyumas membuat program penyadapan damar untuk menarik minat masyarakat sekitar hutan untuk berpartisipasi dalam melestarikan dan melindungi hutan, tetapi minat masyarakat tidak sesuai dengan yang diharapkan pihak Perhutani. Melihat minat masyarakat yang rendah, maka perlu diketahui penyebab rendahnya minat masyarakat. Kecilnya pendapatan penyadapan damar diduga mengurangi minat masyarakat berpartisipasi terhadap program PHBM. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut dibandingkan antara pendapatan PHBM dan non PHBM penyadap damar terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga, apakah memenuhi kebutuhan hidup layak. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tabulasi, pendapatan penyadap damar dari program PHBM masih jauh dikatakan mampu menanggung pendapatan rumah tangga penyadap secara penuh, sebab kontribusi pendapatan dari program PHBM penyadapan damar rata-rata hanya memenuhi 25 persen dari pendapatan rumah tangga penyadap. Sebanyak 22 orang dari total responden didapati bahwa persentase pendapatan per kapita penyadap damar terhadap KHL Banyumas, yaitu sebesar Rp1.060.518,00 hanya dapat memenuhi antara 1 sampai 25 persen atau dengan rata-rata pendapatan sebesar Rp157.391,81. Hal ini membuktikan pendapatan dari program PHBM masih jauh dari kata hidup layak. Implikasi dari kesimpulan di atas adalah penyadap butuh penambahan pendapatan karena pendapatan semua penyadap damar masih dibawah KHL, maka perlu adanya suatu inovasi seperti dibuatnya kegiatan pelatihan keterampilan. Kegiatan keterampilan yang dibutuhkan seperti keterampilan membuat pernak-pernik yang bisa dijual. Karena lokasi penelitian dekat dengan daerah wisata, maka hasil keterampilan tersebut dapat dijual di sekitar tempat wisata. Kegiatan pelatihan keterampilan ini dimaksudkan agar pendapatan rumah tangga penyadap bertambah sehingga meningkatkan pemenuhan kebutuhan hidup penyadap. |

Inggris) | This study entitled "CONTRIBUTION PENGELOLAAN HUTAN BERSAMA MASYARAKAT (PHBM) OF HOUSEHOLD INCOME TAPPER RESIN IN RPH BATURADEN, BKPH SLAMET MOUNTAIN WEST, KPH EAST BANYUMAS". The purpose of this study was to determine the contribution of PHBM on household income resin tappers and decent subsistence level. This study using tabulation analysis using Microsoft Excel 2010. The population in this study are all resin tappers at RPH Baturaden totaling 33 people, scattered in three villages in the District of Baturaden. PHBM Banyumas make resin wiretapping program to attract people around the forest to participate in conserving and protect forests, but the public interest is not in accordance with the expected Perhutani. Seeing the low public interest, it is important to know the cause of the low interest of the community. The small income resin tapping allegedly reduce the public interest to participate to the PHBM program. Based on the comparison between revenue problem PHBM and non PHBM resin tappers on household income, whether it meets the needs of a decent life. Based on the results of the tabulation analysis, resin tappers income of PHBM program is still far is said to bear the household income of tappers in full, because the revenue contribution of PHBM program resin tapping on average only meet 25 percent of household income tapper. A total of 22 people from a total of respondents found that the percentage of per capita income of the KHL Banyumas resin tappers, amounting Rp1.060.518,00 can only meet between 1 to 25 percent, with an average income of Rp157.391,81. This proves the income of PHBM program is still far from a decent life. The implications of the above conclusion is bugging need additional revenue because all income resin tappers still below this level, hence the need for an innovation like made skills training activities. Skills required activities such as skills make trinkets that can be sold. Because of the location close to the tourist area of research, the results of these skills can be sold around the sights. These skills training activities intended to increase household income tapper thus increasing subsistence tapper. |
