Indonesia) | ABSTRAKSI STRATEGI PENJUALAN PERSONAL FINANCIAL CONSULTANT PT.INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS FUTURES PURWOKERTO DALAM MENINGKATKAN JUMLAH NASABAH Oleh: Evi Dianti1, Dian Bestari2, Muhammad Sulthon3 Penelitian ini mengambil judul Strategi Penjualan Personal Financial Consultant PT.International Business Futures Purwokerto Dalam Meningkatkan Jumlah Nasabah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi penjualan personal financial consultant PT.International Business Futures Purwokerto dalam meningkatkan jumlah nasabah dan langkah-langkah yang ditempuh financial consultant dalam mengaplikasikan penjualan personal. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pemilihan informan menggunakan purposive sampling. Data dari penelitian ini diperoleh dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Pengembangan validitas data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi penjualan personal PT.International Business Futures dalam meningkatkan jumlah nasabah yaitu small greeting, presentasi melalui lembaga-lembaga masyarakat dan pengembangan informasi melalui kampus. Selanjutnya strategi tersebut dikembangkan oleh financial consultant dalam menerapkan penjualan personal untuk meningkatkan jumlah nasabah yaitu dengan menggunakan media telepon dan social mediasebagai langkah awal penjualan personal, memahami karakteristik calon nasabah, melakukan demo kepada calon nasabah, berwawasan luas, pendekatan kepada calon nasabah, meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan, memperbanyak database dan follow up. Inggris) | ABSTRACT PERSONAL SELLING STRATEGY OF FINANCIAL CONSULTANT PT.INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS FUTURES PURWOKERTO TO INCREASE NUMBER OF CUSTOMERS Oleh: Evi Dianti1, Dian Bestari2, Muhammad Sulthon3 The tittle of this research is personal selling strategy of financial consultant PT.International Business Futures Purwokerto in increasing number of customers. This research determine to know how the personal selling strategy of financial consultant PT.International Business Futures Purwokerto to increase number of customers and step by step application of personal selling strategy of financial consultant. The method used in this research is qualitative research by case study approach. The target of this research is financial consultant PT International Business Futures Purwokerto. Selection of the informans using purposive sampling. Data of the research were obtained by conducting in-depth-interview, observation, and documentation. Development of the data in this study was done by using triangulation technique. The research results shows that personal selling strategy PT.International Business Futures in increasing number of customers are: small greeting, presentation through community institutions and development of information through campus. The strategy developed by financial consultant in applying personal sales to increase number of customers are using the phone media and social media as the first step personal sales, understanding the characteristic of applicant customers, doing the demo to the applicant customers, broad minded, approaching applicant customers, improving the quality of service, multiplying the database and follow up.
