| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian air cucian beras dan Bio P60, konsentrasi dan dosis yang tepat antara air cucian beras dan Bio P60, dan interaksi antara air cucian beras dan Bio P60 terhadap pertumbuhan vegetatif anggrek Dendrobium sp. Penelitian dilaksanakan di rumah plastik, Kelurahan Pasir Muncang, Kecamatan Purwokerto Barat, Kabupaten Banyumas selama 4 bulan pada bulan Mei sampai dengan Agustus 2014. Metode percobaan yang digunkan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) yang terdiri atas 2 faktor, yaitu air cucian beras dengan konsentrasi 250, 500, dan 750 ppm. Bio P60 dengan konsentrasi 1 ml/1 L, kemudian dibagi menjadi 3 dosis, yaitu 10, 15, dan 20 ml/larutan, serta kontrol. Variabel yang diamati adalah jumlah daun, luas daun, tinggi tanaman, warna daun, bobot segar tanaman, jumlah dan panjang akar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi air cucian beras berpengaruh nyata terhadap bobot segar tanaman sebesar 2,886%. Dosis Bio P60 berpengaruh terhadap bobot segar tanaman, jumlah akar, dan jumlah daun, yaitu sebesar 2,908, 4,56 dan 3,28%. Adanya interaksi antara air cucian beras dan Bio P60 yaitu pada penambahan jumlah akar dan daun, yaitu masing–masing sebesar 5,33 dan 4,33%. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research aimed at determining the effect of rice washing water and Bio P60 application. The right concentration and dosage of rice washing water and Bio P60, and the interaction between rice washing water and Bio P60 on the growth of Dendrobium sp. The research was conducted in a plastic house, Pasir Muncang Village, Subdistrict West Purwokerto, Banyumas Regency for 4 months from May to August 2014. Randomized block design was used with two factors, i.e, rice washing water with concentration of 250, 500, and 750 ppm, Bio P60 with three doses, i.e, 10, 15, and 20 ml / solution, and control. The variables measured were the number of leaves, leaf area, plant height, leaf color, plant fresh weight, number and root length. Result of the research showed that the concentration of rice water significantly affect plant fresh weight of 2.886%. P60 Bio doses effect on plant fresh weight, root number, and number of leaves, in the amount of 2.908, 4.56 and 3.28%. The interaction between rice water and Bio P60 is on increasing the number of roots and leaves, which respectively - each amounting to 5.33 and 4.33%. |
