Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pertumbuhan tanaman kubis pada berbagai rakitan teknologi budidaya secara organik berbasis pupuk organik cair dan pestisida nabati. (2) hasil tanaman kubis pada berbagai rakitan teknologi budidaya secara organik berbasis pupuk organik cair dan pestisida nabati. (3) dua rakitan teknologi budidaya kubis organik berbasis pupuk organik cair dan pestisida nabati yang paling efisien dan produksinya tetap tinggi. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan April 2014 sampai Agustus 2014, di lahan milik petani Desa Serang, Kecamatan Karangreja, Kabupaten Purbalingga. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) dengan 6 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rakitan teknologi budidaya kubis berbasis pupuk organik cair dan pestisida nabati belum mampu meningkatkan komponen pertumbuhan, jika dibandingkan dengan rakitan anorganik P6 / (Pupuk kandang 10 ton/ha + pupuk urea 100 kg/ha + TSP 80 kg/ha + dan KCL 50 kg/ha). Rakitan teknologi budidaya kubis berbasis pupuk organik cair dan pestisida nabati belum mampu meningkatkan komponen hasil, jika dibandingkan dengan rakitan anorganik / P6 (Pupuk kandang 10 ton/ha + pupuk urea 100 kg/ha + TSP 80 kg/ha + dan KCL 50 kg/ha). Dua rakitan teknologi budidaya kubis organik berbasis pupuk organik cair dan pestisida nabati yang paling efisien dan produksinya tetap tinggi adalah rakitan P2 (Pupuk kandang 10 ton/ha + POC tanah 0,56 l/ha + dolomit 2 ton/ha + kombinasi POC daun 0,56 l/ha dan fosfat nabati 8,4 l/ha + pestisida nabati maja gadung 8,4 l/ha) dengan tingkat produksi 26 ton/ha dan profit rate 68,30 %, dan rakitan P5 (Pupuk kandang 10 ton/ha + POC Tanah 0,56 l/ha + kombinasi POC daun 0,56 l/ha + agensia hayati Trichoderma harzianum 12 ons/ 6 m2+ Mikoriza 0,2 g/tanaman) dengan tingkat produksi 29 ton/ha dan profit rate 76,41%.

(2) the yield of cabbage plants in various organic cultivation technology assemblies based liquid organic fertilizer and botanical pesticide. (3) two organic cabbage cultivation technology assemblies based liquid organic fertilizer and botanical pesticide that are the most efficient and make the production remain high. The research was conducted from April 2014 to August 2014, in land owned by farmers of Serang Village, Karangreja Subdistrict, Purbalingga Regency. The design used was a Complete Randomized Block Design (CRBD) with 6 treatments and 4 replications. The results showed that cabbage cultivation technology assemblies based liquid organic fertilizer and botanical pesticideas could not increase the growth component, if compared with the inorganic assembly or P6 (manure 10 tons/ha + 100 kg/ha of urea + 80 kg/ha of TSP + and 50 kg/ha of KCL). The cabbage cultivation technology assemblies based liquid organic fertilizer and botanical pesticideas could not increase the yield yet comoponent, if compared with the inorganic assembly or P6 (manure 10 tons/ha + 100 kg/ha of urea + 80 kg/ha of TSP + and 50 kg/ha of KCL). Two organic cabbage cultivation technology based liquid organic fertilizer and botanical pesticide that weremost efficient and made the production remain high were assembly P2 (10 tons of manure/ha + 0,56 l/ha of soil liquid organic fertilizer + 2 tons/ha of dolomite + combination of 0,56 l/ha of leaves liquid organic fertilizer and 8,4 l/ha of vegetable phosphate + 8,4 l/ha of botanical pesticide made from maja fruit and gadung tuber) with the level of production was 26 tons/ha and the profit rate was 68.30 %, and assembly P5 (10 tons of manure/ha + 0,56 l/ha of soil liquid organic fertilizer + combination of 0,56 l/ha leaves liquid organic fertilizer + 12 ons/6 m2 of biological agent Trichoderma harzianum + 0,2 g/plants of Mycorrhiza) with the level of production was 29 tons/ha and the profit rate was 76.41 %.
